B&B Cannoli — Hotel in Palermo

What a find this place is!!!!!||You enter from the street through a very old double wooden door into an open courtyard, it's a shared space and doesn't look much, climb the stairs to the third floor ( there's a lift but you won't get the impact if you take it your first time), on your way up you'll be thinking what have I let myself in for!.........then Pietro welcomes you in to the inner sanctum of the B&B, it's wonderful, modern, beautifully finished with tasteful decor and clean lines, the rooms are a good size with nicely fitted bathrooms. ||Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast is great, cannoli to finish off with! they're way ahead these Sicilians when it comes to starting the day!!!!!!||Location of this place is 15 minutes walk from the train station just off Via Roma, good for all the touristy things on offer in this...

B&B Cannoli is a beautiful, newly refurbished property in the centre of Palermo. The location is brilliant for visiting Palermo on foot - it was only 10 minutes strolling to the main tourist markets, and was very near to the port/ sea. It is perfectly quiet inside, however, so you really have the opportunity to escape after a day of Sicilian madness!! ||||The rooms are extremely comfortable, stylish and eco-friendly. The bed was the most comfortable we had throughout our stay in Sicily.||||Breakfast is very generous, offering all of the typical sweet Sicilian pastries (cannoli and more!), as well as yogurt, bread, cereal, fruit, teas, coffee and juice. ||||Pietro was extremely helpful from the very first email I sent, giving us brilliant recommendations for food and a walking tour of the city whilst...

This is a very well located B&B not far off via Roma with many nearby restaurants.||It is very modern (recently renovated inside) although in an older style building. The rooms are large, clean and modern. ||Breakfast is simple continental style but good.||The only minor negative is the owner lives off site and was not there to greet us on arrival (despite arrival time being communicated). We had to phone them and use various access codes to gain entry. Despite that the owner was very helpful and we met him the next day.||If you are looking for good value, clean, quiet and good location this is for you, as long as you are independent and don’t need the owner to be around all...
