Calisto Luxury Trastevere — Hotel in Rome

We had an excellent stay at this B&B. There are 3 rooms and we were in room 202. The room was lovely, very clean, and big. It had a mini bar and kitchen area with a small dining area too. The bathroom had a huge walk-in shower. Breakfast included which you can take in the cafe around the corner between 8-10am. The apartment is in the heart of Trastevere, which is an amazing place to stay, plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. It is also easy to walk to all attractions you want to see in Rome. Host Andrea and his wife were very helpful, and also arranged pick up and return from Airport costing €60 each way. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and will definitely be recommended...

Spent 4 days here and thoroughly recommend. Very clean, attentive hosts and the location is excellent. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants and culture. ||My only negative point is the external appearance shown on booking sites is a little misleading. Questa struttura ha dei gravi problemi di gestione e di rispetto delle persone. Siamo stati ospiti 3 giorni in una family room a 170 euro al giorno con mio figlio disabile che ha una carta europea della disabilità. Purtroppo mio figlio ha fumato in camera, mi sono scusata e ho cercato di evitare facendo presente la situazione . Per questo motivo oltre a protestare in modo pesante non mi hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura visto che avevamo partenza nel pomeriggio. Segnalo inoltre che la struttura è composta da un piccolo ingresso e da 3 camere non vi è accoglienza che arriva solo dopo telefonate, il pagamento è anticipato, non vi è una sala comune né tantomeno una reception per alcune ore, il titolare che risponde al telefono non si è mai visto e le personole arrivano solo se chiamate. Mi riservo di denunciare alle autorità...
