Fastime Guest House Rome — Hotel in Rome

This place is nice for travellers with short stays. We however, stayed here for 3 nights and it was actually fine except for the noise of your neighbor.||You dont really hear them often, but whenever they use the hairdryer, or have their alarms on, you will, otherwise, the window is good sealed from the noise outside.||The room has "sexy shower" which means you can see your partner, or your friend when they have shower and there is no curtain.||Except for that, I like the bathroom. Its really clean. ||The Aircon works really good in our room too, so its a bonus after a long trip in Rome.||There is a safe and mini fridge in the room.||Their "lobby area" is nice too. There are coffee, kettle, microwave to use.|We met No staff while staying here, but its okay. ||We couldnt get the TV to work. It seems to be a smart TV but its really slow and keep loading, so we didnt use it at all.||So if you wanna have some entertainment except for your phone, take your pc or tablets with you with your own good internet as the Wifi is not so great either but we dont mind. The location of this hotel is really nice. Walking distance to Rome Terminal, the train, metro and buses, and in there you will see food court with so much to eat. Llegamos a Roma el sábado por la noche, hasta el último momento no recibimos instrucciones de cómo entrar al hotel. Al llegar, no hay nada de lo descrito en booking. No hay internet, o no funciona, no hay microondas en la habitación (si en la zona común), no hay recepción 24 horas (como pone en booking) el teléfono indicado en booking no recibe mensajes desde el 5 de noviembre, no coge el teléfono (aparece un audio raro) +39 324 6265273 (ese es el teléfono del dueño real).|Nos llega un mensaje a última hora desde otro número +39 351 9530620 (persona que se está haciendo pasar por el dueño del hotel pero que todavía no sabíamos que era así) con las instrucciones fe como entrar a la habitación, estuvimos en la calle hasta el último momento. ||Nos levantamos al día siguiente, hicimos lo que teníamos que hacer en Roma (recordemos que seguimos sin internet y nos siguen sin contestar al los mensajes) al volver a la habitación no tenemos la limpieza hecha (en booking pone que limpian) y tampoco toallas cambiadas. Ante esto escribimos a los dos teléfonos del alojamiento y no contestan de ninguno.||El día siguiente (lunes) volvemos a hacer nuestra vida en Roma. Al llegar vuelve a estar la habitación sin hacer, papeleras llenas y toallas sucias. Volvemos a pedir explicaciones a los dos números de teléfono, el del dueño verdadero sigue sin contestar. El del chico de la limpieza (luego explicó porque sabemos que es el) haciéndose pasar por el dueño nos dice que no está en Roma y que reprenderá al chico de la limpieza al día siguiente, nos dice dónde está la llave del cuarto de la limpieza y nos dice que nos podemos hacer la habitación nosotras y coger la toalla. La llave está en un mueble en la entrada, debajo de una cafetera junto a otras dos llaves más (para que veáis que lo que cuento es cierto). Internet sigue sin funcionar por tercer día consecutivo.||Al día siguiente al dejar la habitación está el chico de la limpieza y como me estaba oliendo mal el asunto llame por teléfono al segundo número y suena el teléfono del susodicho que no solo no había hecho nada en los 4 días que llevábamos allí sino que se hace pasar por el dueño del hotel. ||No olvidemos que el hotel pone que te guardan las maletas, que te hacen la habitación, que tiene recepción 24 horas etc NADA de esto es verdad pero pagas por ello. ||La suciedad ha sido inexplicable, 4 días con las mismas toallas, el agua de la ducha (que da a la habitación) se sale y nadie la limpia. La nevera de la habitación tampoco funcionaba. Tazas sucias, vasos sucios, platos sucios. TODO SUCIO. ||¿Podéis imaginar que es estar 4 días con las mismas toallas llenas de humedad y sucias? Guesthouse Fastime was a unique experience. It has a shared common space with the other rooms that has tables, chairs, a sink, and a microwave. The room itself was very clean and has amazing air conditioning. The shower had lots of hot water but the pressure was just okay. Room cleaning every 3 days and very responsive staff (Angelica and Cristina specifically). Bring earplugs and an eye mask if you are sensitive because the train station is next door and the windows don't block out the light well. Good location! 6-10 minutes from great food options and across the street from the trenitalia shuttle to the airport. Biggest complaint: do not rely on the WiFi. It was spotty.
