We visited Trapizzino at Termini Station on Saturday, September 28th, around 14:00. We were looking for a chicken tomato-style dish but, since we don’t speak Italian, we struggled to identify it right away. After looking up at the signs, I told the cashier the name I believed matched the chicken dish. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a beef tongue option.
I politely informed the lady that it wasn’t what I wanted, but she refused to replace it, insisting I pay again for the correct dish. Despite explaining that I thought the sign above the middle food bin corresponded to the chicken, she remained uncooperative. Ultimately, I was forced to pay twice for one meal. Her rude behavior ruined our experience entirely.

This food court can be a hit or miss with the food but they’ve got many options. Had the famous Maritozzo in the place across from the pizza place. For me, maybe the hype that this is traditional of Rome got me, but definitely isn’t worth the calories. It’s a somewhat stale bread that tastes a bit artificial with a ladle full of unsweetened whipped cream. All this for 4€. Both my husband and I just couldn’t finish. Regret not getting...
