Really nice pizza, but limited selection, and too chaotic when ordering. It really wasn't an enjoyable experience . The negatives of this market are the way you order, it could be more streamlined and smoother. We found somewhere to sit, saw we could order on the app, and decided to give it a try, which wasn't helpful! We ordered at the counter, was given a slip with our number, and told to listen for them shouting us, which was hard cos it was super busy at the time unless you hovered at the counter which caused foot traffic. Apparently you can't buy drinks with your pizza, so the guy said we have to shout one of the waiters over (in lunchtime chaos) to buy drinks and pay the waiter. We did this, somehow, by waiting for one to pass nearby and call them over. In short, you can't order food and drink together, and if you don't speak Italian well this process might be a little intimidating. We found the employees we spoke to, to be pretty rude, annoyed by customers, and stressed with the workload. We tried to thank the staff member who served us and got totally ignored 🤷‍♀️ Also the toilets near the pizza counter were pretty bad. The floor was super wet and unpleasant to walk around.

Their employee named Franccesca(sorry if I didn't spell it right) was so kind and amazing if you go there and find her you know your service is nice and by her kindness and her smile it makes you think that's Franccesca. And when we talk about the food its in another level. Literally I had 2 plates. And the sushi is amazing Im a picky eater but when I tried all the sushis I was like OMG I NEED TO EAT THIS AGAIN. Also I went through almost all the places in italy, Venezia, Bologna, Florencia, Napoles, and in a little mall in Rome I found the BEST SUSHI PLACE. Well still I would be glad to see her again but I went here for vacation so I took a picture with her with her permission but for personal purposes I won't post it because I don't know if she going to be fine with it just being cautious. And if you get this far just tell me if you would be fine with it because I want to show people who was the best employee. Also the boss there should give her the biggest raise(just in case you don't know what I mean with raise is to upgrade her paycheck for a lot because her service was that good). Just in case this was Rosa❤️ I wish you remember me. Also Im talking about Hiromi the best sushi place. And Im a 11 year old with my mom's permission in her phone so I wish every body knows how she treated me. Franccesca please keep doing this amazing job...
