It was clean and the AC was working amazingly really no complaints there but the rooms (+3 people) where almost too small to move through the squeezed in bathrooms. The guy on the reception also was a little creepy and not to friendly to our class but given our class was annoying it was kinda understandable. Nonetheless I felt judged during breakfast cause he just blankly stared at us lol. Generally speaking if you are okay with small spaces and if you are good with people this is the hotel for you. They are making the best out of the given situation and everything beside those two points was fine really. All the described flaws in the other reviews weren’t present in the seven! Rooms we booked so yeah a very clean and definitely not run down hotel. If you need water (trust me you don’t want to drink tab water in Rome) you can get the cheapest water in the whole region either in the vending machine in the hotel or across the street in the mini super market which is very convenient. The walk to all vital public transportation is also very short.
So in summary Clean rooms Great AC Near everything you need to have a good time Working elevator (not even a scary one it’s very steady and...
Read moreThe rooms are pretty good but a bit small, we didnt have space to walk when someone was using the chair in our 3 person room. The breakfast was good, there were pastries and bread and fruit. The location is excellent, you can walk anywhere and the main station is 3 minutes away.
Now the bad part: The size of the Hotelroom and the amount of charging ports. We had 2 for 3 people so we unplugged the TV. The shower was either way too hot or way too cold. Once it was clogged. The room service was good and most of the servers were super nice but that one short darkbrown haired woman was extremely rude. She said that "we obviously don't understand english" when she told us for the FIRST time we couldn't be in a space with our luggage. She was very rude all of the time and therefore is the negative star in our review. Plus, you only get one key per room, even for 3 or 4 people. Antonio was very nice and made the experience more pleasant.
This is NOT a hotel for party people since they lock the doors at 11pm (23:00) and you won't be able to get in. This is very difficult because of the unreliable public...
Read moreThe location of this hotel is very good (walking distance from Termini station) and the room size is decent. Although it only has 1 elevator, it really helps a lot when you have been assigned a higher-level room like we were. But there is one big serious problem - insufficient hot water supply. As we had an upper-level room, every night there was no hot water at all when we tried to take a shower. We had to call their front desk very night, and the guy would say: wait a couple of minutes, let me do some adjustment to the water supply. We imagine they would manually redirect some hot water to our room due to its scarcity. Then the hot water would suddenly be on. To us it was a big nuisance since we had to call every single night to get some hot water. So if you enjoy taking icy cold shower you may just love this hotel, or if you get a lower level room it might not be a...
