Inn Spagna has a excellent location, very close to Piazza Spagna, subway Spagna and inside Villa Borghese, on walking distance for the most important sightseeings from Rome. This allow us to visit the entire Rome city without using public transportation, only by walking. The hotel doesn't have elevator but the staff is extremely kind, efficient and helpful, so they carry your bags as soon as you arrive for check-in and also help you on check-out. They will also impress you and make you feel sheltered with like concierge service where they provide suggestions for tours, help you to print tickets costless. ||I've jut not award as 5 stars because we have some bad experiences when stayed at the room:||1) first day the heater probably broken during day and we had to take a cold shower||2) I left one of my Iphone acessory inside the room and after the housekeeper cleaned the room, it apparentely disappeared. After looking for every spot and corner of the room, on next day I asked the housekeeper to help me finding. Leave again for city tour and by end of day when came back to my room, the Iphone acessory was suddenly on the table||3) I could expect that I didn't look right but I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and every day when I left coins on the table, they also disappeared (I was thinking that was part of italian habit that housekeeper could think is a tip)||4) But last day, my wife left his bag unlocked with EUR100 inside the wallet, in a plastic together with public transportation card and the money also disappeared. ||In summary, I would definetely recommend this hotel for anyone, just lock bags or use the safe box also provided by hotel. I would not be fair giving lower rate just considering that one of hotel's employees could represent the...

It was steps to reach the Spagna stop on the Metro and we used that almost every George from the hotel arranged our pickup at the airport and the gentleman that checked us in (sorry, I am not sure of his name!) walked us through a map of the city and highlighted areas that shouldn’t be missed. He also arranged a tour of the Colosseum that was great. It was a...
