Toys Con Te — Local services in Rome

Today 8 July 2025 at 4pm I went to the store in centre Roma, they are so bad and greedy. They rem9be the price from the toys (39.99) and wanted me to pay (47.00) when I ask "why" the blonde lady on cashier said "no problem, pay the amount you want". On the same day my daughter wanted to buy more toys and she go with my nanny, and the same blonde lady do the same, she removed the price and ask for another amount higher. Then I came to discuss with her because I know the price is less than what she asked my daughter to pay. I asked to cancel the items and return the cash that she already take from my daughter but she refused saying that she can give me back the money. So I said we will request police to come and check the camera of the shop so she said its OK and she give me back the money. I was very disappointed that the Disney princess dresses were all made for small kids. I would have wanted to buy one very gladly, or at least try it on. It's not that when you're grown up disney is just a childish and non interesting thing. "raised with Disney always Disney", that's what a tea cup in your shop says. So I would be very much delighted, if the next time I enter a Disney store, I'd get to try on a Disney princess dress. Nevertheless, I can say that for children the store is amazing...

First, this place is in a good central location of Rome near shops, restaurants and attractions if you want to combine with other activities. Secondly, the size of the shop is quite big but not huge so the selection is adequate. The shop stocks most of the Disney themed products, so they always seem to have what we were looking for.
