This is the best place I've stayed in Rome so far and I definitely won't be looking for another one. Located at 10min on foot from the Vatican, this historical building is very welcoming and modern renovated. The rooms are very nice and clean. I've booked the simplest room and I was offered an upgrade but I didn't need it because my room was great. Very quiet, with a big comfortable bed, modern and clean bathroom. The safe is free of charge and in the minibar you find a bottle of water daily. A very nice service that I've appreciated. For the ladies with long hair... no need to pack a hair dryer ;) The hair dryer is really good, not like the 'short for dying' you usually find in hotels. For Fabrizio nothing seems to be too much trouble, he is always ready and happy to help you. From the reservation, early check-in, taxi arrangements, everything I needed was possible and came with a smile. Very friendly and helpful, always a pleasure to meet such wonderful people. To start the day in the Italian style, the breakfast is served at the coffee shop right next to the hotel. You can choose your favorite coffee, a pastry (there's a good variety, I didn't manage to taste everything) and fresh pressed orange juice. Enough energy to start exploring Rome. All the main attractions are within a 15-20min walk from the hotel: Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Colosseo... If you don't feel like walking you can take an e-scooter. You can find them everywhere in the city, and the hotel is located in an area where you can lock them. I've had a great weekend here and I can't...

Pros: Very friendly. The concierge explained everything clearly, gave us a large map and pointed out all points of interest, and was available via WhatsApp whenever we needed him. A short 10 minute walk to Vatican City and 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. Price is fair and cleaning staff do a great job.
Cons: We had just over half a dozen gnats or some kind of bug that we think fell from the ceiling. This happened on one side of the bed and in the shower; it lasted for the first two days of our five day stay. Room service cleans the rooms each day so that got rid of them. Not sure what else the hotel does to get rid of pests. For us, the hotel was almost too hidden, as it took us about 10 mins of asking around before we found the entrance. Recommend a bigger/flashier sign...

Baggage was left safely whilst we made most of our first day in Rome. Our room was clean, airy and we had daily water, tea & coffee facilities. He recommended that we use the local cafe for breakfast. He was very helpful with guiding us, booking our tickets and advising on what sites was practical in the short time we had here. Andrea was efficient and knowledgeable. ||||At times we would get confused on directions/road and he was patient and would walk us partly to the area to make it easier.||||Thank you Andrea for your service with a smile & patience.
