I had some doubts to go inside because it has some very low prices comparing to the zone prices, but they were really kind and they offered me two small pizza slices for free while I was waiting for my pasta and they were good as hell. About the 8 euro carbonara I can say that it was really authentic, saucy and good, mare out with homemade pasta. Delicious and great experience. I need to mention last carbonara that I had was a total mess and it cost me like 12 euro and 8 euro for a spritz and here I paid 10 euro for a pasta, and a soft drink and that pizza also....I have to say that this carbonara was authentic and way more tasty compared to the last one!

Very friendly and warm owner. We had a long day of visiting the Vatican and chanced upon this joint along the way. The owner explained his food detailed and gave great recommendations. He even allowed us to split the plate to try 2 different pastas. We enjoyed the gnocchi, pesto pasta, calzoni as well as some pizza slices and an Italian beer. All for just 20 euros. A great find and deserving of its stellar reputation on Google Maps!

Simply amazing. One of the best pizzas (if not the best) I've ever had. Crispy, thin, flavoursome toppings. So good! They have different meal deals so you can have lunch under €10. I got pizza and a drink for €6. Absolute bargain! There are a few tables inside so you can sit down and enjoy your meal. The gentleman serving me was super friendly and spoke English. Highly recommended. You won't regret it:)

The guests were lovely, you can get full for little money, and the prices (if you’re on a budget) are great. However, it is mainly a menu with a bunch of dough included and little taste to it. Pasta isn’t what you might expect from an Italian restaurant, and it just left a bitter aftertaste since this was the first “disappointing” meal we had during our time in Rome. The meatball sandwich comes in a thick piece of bread, (be ready to chew), and the pizza is just not as great as some other places we’ve been to in the same area. Other than that, kudos for the attention (the lady on the counter is lovely) the food just wasn’t up to Roman standards. Sorry for not...

We went to this place without any prior reference or checking google reviews- it just happened to be on our way back to our hotel. So glad we did though, as the food and the service were both amazing. I liked the variety they had - everything from pasta to pizza to baked chicken and potatoes. We ended up eating there, doing a takeaway and going there again. One piece of advice, if the owner says it's good, just listen to him. He recommended a hand rolled pasta with pesto and herbs ( knowing it was our first time, gave us a little extra too) and it was amazing. So just listen to him... Overall, fresh, home-style cooked and yummy food...
