We stayed here in January for 3 nights.||||We booked through booking.com and it cost us £120 for three nights so were expecting the bare minimum but it delivered beyond that.||||Our room was small and basic and there was was abit of cosmetic damage here and then but it was it was pleasant and clean, had a mirror above the bed and a pulsating light in the shower which made it a very quirky fun little room.||||The location is amazing a 5 minute walk from the Trevi fountain and within a 15 minute walk of the Spanish steps / Pantheon and many other sights. We walked from the terminal station after our bus transfer and it was only 20 minutes.||We used google maps to find it and we are glad we did as the hotel is on the 1st floor of a building that has businesses above it so make sure you look out for the tannoy system outside the front which has the hotel name written on rather than a big Hotel sign.sign.||||The breakfast was basic but good offering a continental breakfast which you eat it in a courtyard area in the hotel.||||The staff are friendly and welcoming.||||I wouldn't hesitate in...
Read moreAs all the other reviews say, the location was excellent. Central location within walking distance of all the things you might want to see. Location is 5 stars. The mirror on the ceiling ( if you are into it) was fun. Otherwise, not great. Every morning starting at around 9 am there was construction like noise coming directly from above and this often lasted all day. I would pay $100 to know what was happening. It sounds like Sisyphus was pushing up a rock above us all day. It sounded like a large party was playing toss the toddler all day. It sounded like someone was dropping their suitcase down each step down a flight of stairs repeatedly. At times it sounded like someone was just trying out a drill for 30 minute stretches. Power outage in the am for 30 minutes without warning. Nobody at reception… ever. Communication ok WhatsApp was good and so self check in and out was good. If you just need a good location with hostel like amenities, then this...
Read moreThe only redeeming factor is the location. Next to major landmarks such as the Fontani di Trevi, Pantheon, Colloseum and Roman Forum. The comapany's description states that it is a Bed and Breakfast.. Breakfast was not provided at the location. You were given coupons for breakfast at the adjacent cafe. A stale croissant, store bought orange juice and a coffee (the coffee was actually fine). The room was tiny, no natural light, and in poor shape. A broken fawcett, unhinged drapes, an ucnomfortable spring bead with a shoddy metal frame, a central heating unit that was extremely noisy, broken power sockets, a shower plagued by mildew.. The list goes on and on. The second day we were there, there was a power outage at our room and we were left in the dark for 30 minutes without a warning or explanation. We paid for the room around 150 euros per night. A reasonable price due to the location would have been 60 euros. Clearly not to...
