The menu outside when you saw it, it's a different than inside when you have a table,, For ex. 1st menu outside they min Margarita with 8eur but when you have a table they give you another menu without that option,, And the food it's not that good as a normal restaurant in Roma ------------------ Answer after your reply It's not a reason you well not put all the dishes in the inside menu, this kind of things only for low class Res. and I think it is low class because you did that, & how are dose not respect customers because the Res . at a famous places and you guaranteed costumers all the time, and we can see that too from you replay,, About my order I know exactly what I order and what I pay for but I think you don't understand what I write which is totally true,, Yes I don't order a regular Margarita I know that because I read everything,, About the taste yes it's less than normal & you are in Italy and you know the real pizza but if you dont you can search about and you will know what is the pizza mean and how the taste it is, good presentation doesn't mean real one,, I removed also one star from my review because of your rude answer, you don't deserve even one star it's too much for you

I usually don't write negative reviews here, but I got a calzone which claims to have ricotta, but which didn't have any ricotta. I was looking forward to dinner here partly because I skipped lunch and partly because I don't see authentic calzones at home. My photo wasn't intended to serve as evidence, but was merely my standard photo log. I was initially thinking that the ricotta was tucked away in the corner, but by the time I was sure, I was past the point of no return. I pointed it out to the waiter, and his first reaction was that it was indeed there, mixed in, which was nonsense. His follow-up was to offer me another one, which either meant that I'd receive a second identical calzone that I didn't want, or that I'd need to eat the thing that I wanted when I'm no longer hungry. The calzone was meh for what it was, but I'm taking off another star for them not admitting a mistake, and for possibly trying to gaslight me.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Klass Restaurant during my visit to Rome, and I must say that it was an absolute delight. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service from the incredible staff. Their attentiveness and genuine hospitality truly made our dining experience exceptional.

One of the things that stood out the most about Klass was the quick service. Despite being a bustling restaurant, the staff managed to attend to each table efficiently, ensuring that no one had to wait too long for their orders. It was evident that they were well-trained and passionate about providing a memorable dining experience.

Now let's talk about the food – oh my, it was outstanding! In fact, I dare say that Klass served the best food we had throughout our entire trip in Italy. We were so impressed that we couldn't resist returning to this restaurant multiple times during our stay in Rome.

The Margherita pizza at Klass was simply divine. The crust was thin, yet perfectly crisp, and the balance of flavors between the tangy tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil was impeccable. Each bite was a harmonious explosion of taste, leaving us craving for more.

For those who enjoy a little heat, the diavolo pizza is a must-try. Topped with spicy salami, fresh tomatoes, and a generous sprinkling of cheese, this pizza had just the right amount of kick. The flavors melded together flawlessly, creating a delightful combination that left us feeling satisfied and wanting another slice.

If you're a fan of traditional Italian pasta dishes, then the cacio e Pepe at Klass will certainly win you over. The pasta was cooked to perfection, al dente and coated in a rich, creamy pecorino Romano cheese sauce. Every forkful was a comforting, indulgent experience that transported us straight to culinary heaven.

Last but not least, the focaccia at Klass was a revelation. Soft, fluffy, and generously seasoned with fragrant herbs and olive oil, it was an absolute delight. We couldn't resist tearing apart piece after piece of this heavenly bread, savoring every morsel.

In conclusion, dining at Klass Restaurant in Rome was an absolute highlight of our trip. The incredible staff and their efficient service created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The Margherita pizza, diavolo pizza, cacio e Pepe, and focaccia were beyond delicious, showcasing the culinary expertise of the kitchen. If you find yourself in Rome, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Klass Restaurant – it's a dining experience you won't...

What me and my boyfriend experienced yesterday (12/6/25) was pretty appalling to say the least - and it was nothing to do with the food, as we never even manage to order.

We were initially greeted by the friendly guy with tattoos (didn’t catch his name sadly), along with the owner who sat us in the back terrace. Unfortunately this was when things turned sour.

The bald waiter came to take our order, where I wanted to order a 1L carafe of white wine, he proceeded in a rude tone to question if i knew what a carafe was, (which I do considering I’ve worked in hospitality for 10+ years!); when I responded he laughed in my face and said “you were going to say it’s a bottle weren’t you; you are wrong” in a very condescending tone which was clearly an attempt to belittle a younger female. This also was not the end of it, he continued to criticise and mock me for asking what the House White was. I believe it was because he actually had no idea the wine was, and instead of being open about that he got defensive at my questions.

We were so taken aback by his rudeness that we got up and left - I then informed the guy with tattoos we left due to this, who then said we weren’t the first people to leave that evening because of the same waiter, which tells you all you need to know.

When walking past again minutes later, we were ushered in by the owner to explain what happened which we reluctantly accepted. As we sat down, we were surrounded by 3 waiters before the rude waiter then appeared and instead of apologising had the nerve to say we were lying and what we said never happened! He spoke in an argumentative manner, and we literally felt like we were being told off for saying what we just experienced to make us get up and leave. The audacity. An awful way of handling the situation and we obviously left immediately, again...

Never experienced anything like this in a restaurant and we’re very glad we spent no money here.

We were and still are disgusted by how this waiter and the owner of the restaurant spoke to us and at how the owner handled the situation WHILE ON HOLIDAY! This waiter should not be in this industry if he does not know how to interact with customers. Avoid this restaurant at all costs if you want to be treated with respect as a...
