Stayed in the actual room with a couple of friends for just over 6 hours in real-time and it was 6 hours too long in here.||The receptionist that greeted us at the start was pleasant but that, and the fact the place was a 2-minute walk to Termini Station, was about all that was good about this place.||(As an aside, the "sign" for the hotel is about the size of your index finger).||We checked in during the late afternoon and left for the rest of the day to explore so we didn't get back in until midnight and we had an early flight the next morning. When we checked in, we paid the local hotel tax but they couldn't break a 20€ so we had to trust they'd return it later. Of course the staff person at night said there was no record of it (although the next morning we did get that settled).||The rooms are air conditioned...that is if you're willing to pay extra for it.||Discovered the toilet doesn't flush properly. The sink faucet sprayed in five directions, none of which was downwards. That was still better than the shower head which was basically a glorified dribble.||Told the front desk staff about the toilet and the shower head in the morning and was met with a "what do you want me to do about it? You should have told the afternoon staff when you checked in."||I suppose you do get what you pay for, and in this case here it means not much. We did leave a small gift for them in the bottom of the toilet. Perhaps that will convince them we weren't lying about the toilet not...
Read moreIt was horrible. From the minute we came in, we've wanted to get away. The receptionist was a freak, asking weird questions and making us stand there for half an hour to check in. The price was different than it was displayed, once we got the room, the room didn't look like it supposed to. It was weird and creepy and on the doors it was written "private". I suddenly got into a shower and the water was freezing, had to go fix the boiler. Once i was showering and my friend was waiting for me "laying on the bed silent", that freaky receptionist came at the door and told us to be quiet. We were out the room as soon as possible to the...
Read moreThe Hotel has no formal Sign Board, which made it extremely difficult for us to locate, which we found after a good 30 min search, never realising that we circled the hotel three times. Rooms were really small. Bathroom was outside on the common corridor and very tiny. Lift is too small for large luggage. Had to take four trips for our 4 luggage. Although they had only ONE but friendly staff, I would suggest families to stay clear of this hotel at all costs. Although very close to Main Train Station, not...
