B&B La Bohème — Hotel in Verona

Well, the location is superb. Let me be clear, you are staying in someone's apt that was adapted to be a hotel. You will feel in someone's apartment the whole time with weird silences like if you're visiting someone you didn't expect you had to. If you booked online your card is not charged, you will have to pay cash to the girl that is in charge, who also happens to be legally responsible for this place. When you pay you have to sign more than 2 papers on the dining table. I felt the whole time like visiting someone. Maybe you don't care, but I did. The breakfast, late but good. Comfy bed and bathroom...

A delightful apartment B&B just a 2min walk from the Arena and centre of the historic district. The rooms were tastefully and recently renovated to provide a very comfortable stay. |There is also a grocery store and cool wine bar on the same block for your enjoyment. |The A/C was a great perk during the very hot July weather. |The owner was really friendly and super helpful picking nearby restaurants and attractions. |The breakfast was only average and could have been fresher. Di positivo solo ed esclusivamente la posizione. Proprietaria mai vista, siamo stati accolti da un altro ragazzo... gentile... che ci ha letteralmente "mollati" la, dicendoci dopo che siamo arrivati che c'era la tassa di soggiorno di 2.5 a testa per notte (non era segnalato da nessuna parte). Nessuna ricevuta, palazzo in ristrutturazione e nel bagno, dove c era attaccata alla finestra l'impalcatura dove passavano i muratori, non c era tenda comprente. Privacy zero, tanto che abbiamo dovuto appendere un asciugamano per non farci vedere da fuori. Bagno ricavato in un terrazzo chiuso con una """"tenda"""" coprente. Riscaldamento non regolabile, niente coperte aggiuntive. Colazione zero, se non un caffè. La stanza rumorosissima, non sentivamo la tv quando quelli affianco usavano la doccia..... senza tralasciare che una volta andati via, senza mai aver visto nessuno, non abbiamo ricevuto nemmeno un saluto, una preoccupazione da parte dei titolari, nulla.

Meglio altri b&B. Ce ne sono tanti altri dove magari l'accoglienza e la professionalità sono più evidenti, anzi, presenti.

P.s:piccolo consiglio... avvisate della tassa di soggiorno in anticipo.. e sorridere e prendersi cura del cliente non costa nulla, dopo tutto senza clienti, non...
