Romeo Giulietta B & B Verona Apartments — Hotel in Verona

There are many reasons why I would rate the apart-hotel 5 stars The location of the hotel was really good it is in an authentic historic area and the building dates back to the 16th century. In addition to that it is really close to the town center, 5-10 minutes by foot. The balcony of the hotel is really nice with greenery and flowers. The rooms were more than acceptable for the price with good air conditioning and a kitchen.

Our host Andrea was not only really nice and friendly, he was also extremely helpful in recommending us good places to buy local products like cheeses and fruits, giving us guides and recommending us some good spots and an amazing restaurant for which we got a discount. When I asked about the architecture of the local area, he showed me and told me about the history of the place we were staying at and was always responsive when we had questions in general.

If I were to return to Verona, I wouldn't do it any different I was more than happy...

This charming apartment truly deserves its status as a top location to stay in Verona. We were met by our charming hostess Santina, and guided to our parking place, and at the end of our stay, our hosts helped us to arrange sorting our hire car drop off and a taxi to our next destination. The building dates back to roman times, and lies just across the river from the centre of Verona, about ten minutes on foot. The villa has been beautifully and stylishly renovated. It is modern, compact and spotlessly clean. A bonus was the voucher for the Tosteria cafe two streets away, which serves delicious fresh toasted sandwiches and other delights, and is very reasonably priced. ||||Andrea was a treat - professional, with impeccable English and great attention to detail. We have repeatedly visited Verona over the past few years as followers of the local football team and invariably stay at B&B Romeo Giulietta using either or both of the available apartments. We have always found Andrea to be an excellent host with good communication both before and during our stays, the apartments in great condition in a beautiful part of the town and in walking distance of the main sights of the Centro Storico.

I notice a number of somewhat negative reviews from people who seem to getting this B&B mixed up with others of a similar name (in Verona Romeo and Juliet is not uncommon!) - but trust me, if a self contained B&B is what you are after you won't go wrong...
