Felt a bit of dishonesty from the owner. He didn't say at the start that outside tables where there are 4 chairs are for multiple parties (if you arrive as a couple, they put another couple on your table). We sat down cross opposite at first (2 ppl) and he asked me to move opposite my partner, saying that chairs next to me might get wet from rain if it rains. Has he been honest, I would not need to write this review. We would have an option to leave, which we would have done. It completely ruined our experience, as others too close when you want to have a private conversation. Wanted to order more at first but left as soon as we could. A bit of dishonesty cost him stars. 2 stars might look harsh but our ruined lunch was harsh too. Secondly, service could imrove slightly. A waiter asked me to come in to pay, I followed him inside, he stands behind the bar, see me coming and then turns and go to a kitchen to serve ppl. Completely understand there are priorities, would have been happy to wait, but walking away without even saying I will be a minute, not great manners. EXPERIENCIA DESAGRADABLE!!!! De verdad que no hay palabras para describir nuestra experiencia en este sitio. Estábamos de paseo por la zona ya por la tarde-noche en Verona y el restaurante se veía bien, nos acercamos a ver la carta y un camarero nos había dicho de reservarnos, aceptamos y volvimos más tarde. Cuando hemos vuelto pedimos un par de pizzas y unas copas de vino, estábamos hasta ese momento pasando un rato agradable, ya estabamos de postre-sobremesa, yo había pedido otra copa de vino, cuando antes de que llegara mi vino el encargado viene y nos deja la cuenta, me traen la copa de vino y seguimos hablando, después de 5mins viene una chica y nos dice que como vamos a pagar y la decimos que con tarjeta pero que en un momento porque yo acababa de pedir mi vino. Vemos que empieza a entrar mucha gente al sitio y el encargado ya apuntaba malas maneras pues al haberse acumulado gente ya se le veía nervioso. A los pocos minutos viene el encargado directo a nuestra mesa y nos dice que nos tenemos que ir y que paguemos. Nosotras asombradas por las formas nos quedamos en la barra, y yo le empecé a reclamar que como era posible que nos echara del sitio cuando todavía no habíamos terminado y que clase de servicio era ese. Y me respondió gritándome en italiano todas las malas palabras que podrían habérselo pasado por la mente, y comienza a caminar al salon de lado de la barra y lo sigo hasta ahí para decirle que NO nos íbamos a ir porque yo estaba con un vino, cuando el sujeto sin ton ni son empuja la mesa/silla y todo el servicio que había encima se cae y se rompen vasos y cubiertos al suelo. Tanto la camaera que estaba cerca, como unos comensales que estaban ahí nos hemos quedado boquiabiertos ante ese arrebato de parte del responsable. Sinceramente no sé ni porqué pagamos porque uno paga por un buen servicio y no este tipo de actitudes de parte del encargado. En mi caso como turista y sin saber italiano me sentí muy mal porque no podía defenderme ante todas las faltas de respeto por parte de esta persona y de Todo el equipo que esa noche le acompañaban.
