Hanayagi no Sho Keizan — Hotel in Fuefuki

Hanayagi no Sho Keizan hotel is a traditional ryokan in Isawa onsen area, which cater mainly to local japanese guests. Service was excellent with Japanese hospitality. when we entered the hotel, we were greeted immediately, welcoming us. after checkin, we were invited to the hotel lobby which we were served the real green tea (not the tea-bag type) with the japanese snack. then we were guided to choose the yukata which we changed. Dinner was traditional keiseki dinner which was service in the room - the food was uniquely designed and very delicious especially the beef which melts in the mouth. also the outdoor onsen design is beautiful.||||Likes very much||1. near the train station about 8mins walk, if you don't like to walk, they have shuttle bus service too.||a. exit from isawa onsen train station,||b. walk straight (see the Aeon shopping, it is the same path) ||c. toward hotel (from the station you can see the huge Chinese character building, yes it is this building) ||2. どうしてこんなにクチコミが良いのか、全くもって理解のできないお宿でした。 安いプランだからあんまり期待しないでいよう。 と思っていたのですが、想像を上回る残念加減でした。

とても楽しみにしていた宿泊でしたが、 日帰り入浴もやっているようで、 そのお客さんたちの最終退場の17時頃に、被ってしまったようでした （そんな案内はなかったので、知りませんでした。混雑状況もネットで見れると後から知りました。 チェックイン時にはそういった案内もありませんでした） お風呂はたくさんあって、日帰りの方がいてもよいのですが、 いかんせん脱衣場が狭すぎます。 日帰りと宿泊の客がごった返しになっていて最悪でした。 せめて、チェックインまででは？ あの狭さの脱衣場なら、日帰り入浴とチェックイン後の客はもう少し被らないようにしてほしい。

夜は、良くも悪くも、昔の大会場で、 作り置きされた食事 安いプランだったのであまり期待はしていなかったが、 少食の女性の私でも、量は足りなかった。 味は普通です。 不味くもなければ特別美味しくもない。 給仕のおばさま方がテキパキ働いていたのだけが、感心ポイントでした。 帰りの挨拶はありましたか？とアンケートありましたが、 そんなことやらせてんのか？ 誰も帰りの挨拶なんてされてる人はいなかったと思いますよ

一番最悪だったのは朝食です。 まず、待たされます。 待ってる間、案内のおばさんがちょいちょい上から目線の言葉遣いで接客をしてるのが非常に気になりました。 悪気はないようにお見受けしましたが、 時折命令のような、指示のような、あの口調はいただけません。 わたしが彼女から直接何か指示されることはなかったですが、 聞いていて非常に気になります。

案内された席は、 背の高いパーテーションがテーブルぴったりに両側についていて、 圧迫感がすごかったです。 両側に他の人が座ってたからだとは思いますが、閉塞感がすごすぎる。 ダメ元で、別の場所ありませんか？と、男性スタッフに声をかけましたが、 「今、混んでまして......」とだけ言って周りを見渡しながらフラっとどっかに行ってしまった。 バイトの若いスタッフぽかったですが、 私の中では話途中という認識でしたので、 どこかに席でも探しに行ったのかと思ってしばらく立って待ってましたが、 何事もなかったようにウロウロと別の仕事してました。 混んでて空いてないのは仕方ない。 入れ替えの時間だったので、ワンチャンいけるかな？と聞いてみただけだったので。 ただ、「混んでまして、ただいま別の席のご案内が出来ません」ぐらいのことは言えませんか？

一番驚きだったのは、 坦々麺の麺をハーフにできるか聞いたときでした。 麺のセクションにいた男性スタッフに、 「そんなに量多くないので食べ切れると思いますよ。」とまず言われました。 私の食べる量を知らないでしょうに、何を根拠に食べ切れると言い切ったのかは知りませんが、 わたしは少食なので残したら悪いと思い、 「食べきれないかもしれないので可能ならハーフにしてほしい」ともう一度頼んだところ、 笑顔でかしこまりましたと言ったあと、 半分にちぎった麺を、私の目の前でゴミ箱にぶち投げてました。 捨てたんじゃないです。豪速球で投げてました かなりびっくりしました。 主人がふらっとどこかへ行った瞬間だったので、 この瞬間を目撃したのが自分だけだというのも大変悔しかった。 ハーフにできないならできないと、 ただ一言...
