Love love love the pistachio cream donut they was probably my favorite and my least favorite was the strawberry flavored ones, it tasted quite artificial to me. The queue was about 10 people on a weekday but it moves fast. Theres no shades and you basically have to decide on the spot what you want cause once you select or once you pass the section it’s hard to go back and add more to your tray. I did not like the I’m donut cafe next door right next to the exit. I had purchased donut and went in there to get drinks i put down my stuff at a empty table and got yelled at cause I didn’t order first but honestly I was carrying too much stuff in my hand to even reach my wallet… was not a fan of the rude service. Although you can enter the store without queuing, there are still many people in the store. Everyone lined up with their plates. The shop placed the fancy flavors outside, and the signature I'm donut? just infront of the checkout counter, so most people buy a lot of it as soon as they enter the store. In the end, even if they buy a lot, they still want to try the signature ones, so everyone buys a lot. I bought the signature original and chocolate flavors of I'm donut?, and then bought one with custard filling. The original I'm donut? is really delicious and is worthy of its reputation. The dough tastes very soft, and the aroma after frying is also very good. The chocolate flavor is mellow and not too sweet. However, the filling was a bit ordinary. The chilled donuts lost their soft texture, and the filling was just custard, which was just average...

Having missed our last time with these doughnuts in Japan, we were luckily enough to come across them here in Fukuoka. We’re both not huge doughnut eaters, however I will make an exception for this! We came at around 3pm Sunday and waited for about 5 mins before getting in the store. If you come at 11am when they open, there will be a bit of a wait but the line moves quite quickly. Any of their ‘nama’ donuts (original / chocolate / matcha) are absolutely amazing. They are so fluffy and texturally aerated and just morsels of goodness! Going later during the day you may miss out on some flavours but honestly you can’t go wrong with anything in that store. All the doughnuts we’ve bought to try has been amazing.
