セントラルイン白馬 — Hotel in Hakuba

I stayed here for 11 nights in early March 2017. What a great place! Will happily stay here again. Our 3 person Western room was adequate, the Onsen was OK. The included breakfast was great, and was more than happy eating it on the 11th morning. They've got loads of variety, and definately some safe options if you're not adventurous. Most importantly breakfast is on time at exactly 7am, so you can throw down some brekky quickly if you're planning on getting an early bus from the Happo Bus terminal which is a 3 minute walk. Easy walk to Happo One, easier walk to the Happo Bus Terminal. We clocked the wireless internet in the lobby at 70Mb down and 30Mb up (crazy fast). This hotel is basic and has both Japanese ( mats on the floor) and western rooms, make sure you book the right type for you. The western room we had was spacious by Japanese standards and worked well. Breakfast is Japanese, don't expect bacon and eggs but it is plentiful. The staff bent over backwards for us, changing our room as soon as possible ( as we were initially in aJapanese room). The onsen ( bath) is standard Japanese Bath room but soooo good after a day in the snow-make sure you know the etiquette on...

長野市で行われたえびす講煙火大会のツアーで利用しました。|まだスキーの時期では無いので ツアー客以外にお客さんはいませんでしたが 遅い到着にも拘らず ご家族(多分)３人で対応して頂きました。|こちらに色々と苦言が書かれていたので不安でしたが 良くも悪くも普通のスキー宿という感じでした。|建物自体は古いし そのせいで今時の使い勝手の良さはありませんが 充分でした。||部屋は絨毯など泊まり客が汚した跡が残ってはいたものの キチンと清掃されていて 部屋も広くベッドはセミダブルで羽布団 部屋にトイレ、お風呂もあり 小さいながらも大浴場(･･;もありました。|本来なら大浴場の使用は２３時までのようですが 到着が遅かったツアー客の為に１時まで使用が出来るように計らって頂けました。|寒い中の花火観覧でコチコチになった体をゆっくり手足を伸ばして入れるお風呂は本当にありがたかったです|表示を確認していませんが HP上で書かれている通り 多分温泉だと思います|いつまでも身体が温かく お肌がツルツル 踵もツルツルになりました(･･;||口コミでお宿の店主の愛想の悪さを指摘している方が多いようですが 対応は電話でも対面でも普通でした…違う方なのかな？|キビキビと対応！っという感じでは無いけれど 不親切や嫌な感じはしませんでした ||朝食は 量・質共に普通(笑)|４０人のツアー客を1人で対応してくれていると思えば充分です||そんな中でおばさんグループのワガママに対応してくれたり 高齢の方を親切にサポートして頂けました||帰り際に 添乗員さんからスタッフ３人中２名もお見送りして頂けて これはこれで盛大なお見送りですね(笑)と人数がわかりました。||シティホテルやビジネスホテルの様な対応を望む方には向かないかもしれません 若いスタッフもいないので キビキビとは無理でしょうし 何をどうしたいのかはっきりと申し入れれば 直ぐに応えてもらえました||そう言えば…以前に比べて白馬も閑散としてしまった気がします|シーズンオフの時期でも...
