Relaxing Stay with Warm Hospitality!! Looking Forward to Returning!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was clean and had a resort-like feel, making it easy to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided clear explanations, which made it evident why this place is so popular. I also enjoyed engaging in pleasant conversations with her . Her smiles were truly delightful.

However, on the following morning, I encountered a staff member who was less approachable. There was no explanation about anything , which was a bit disappointing, especially given the otherwise excellent service. Also I feel like i couldn’t communicate well.

I’ll definitely be back again next year .See you soon !!!! Thank you for good...

2025年夏に利用しました。鎌倉・材木座海岸まで徒歩すぐの好立地にあるゲストハウスです。 1階と2階にタイプの異なる4部屋があり、1グループで貸切利用も可能。海水浴や観光の拠点にぴったりです。

【施設・設備】 ◽️アメニティ完備で、清掃も行き届いておりとても清潔。 ◽️1階にはリビング、フリードリンク、冷蔵庫、お手洗いがあり、朝食にはグラノーラと牛乳が提供されます。 ◽️外にはパラソルやチェア、BBQ設備、プールもあり、晴れた日には日光浴も楽しめます。 ◽️2階は2部屋とルーフバルコニー。直射日光が当たる広い空間で、多目的に利用できます。

【周辺環境】 徒歩圏内にドラッグストア（22時まで営業）、少し歩けばコンビニもあり便利。

【オーナーさん】 とても明るく優しい方で、初めての材木座旅行でも安心して過ごせました。アットホームな雰囲気の中でリラックスできます✨

⚠️注意点 ◽️喫煙は1階ガーデンの指定スペースのみ。 ◽️住宅街にあるため、特に夜間（20時以降）は騒音に気をつける必要があります。

【総評】 清潔で快適なゲストハウス。グラノーラやスムージーも美味しく、また材木座を訪れる際には利用したいと思います。 ルールを守って、たくさんの旅行者に愛される宿だと感じました。

KIYAZA Guesthouse – near Zaimokuza Beach, Kamakura

I stayed here in summer 2025. This guesthouse is located just a few minutes’ walk from Zaimokuza Beach in Kamakura, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and relaxing by the sea. There are four rooms in total across the 1st and 2nd floors, and the whole house can also be rented by one group.

🟠Facilities & Amenities ◽️Fully equipped with amenities, very clean and well-maintained. ◽️1st floor: Living room, free drinks, refrigerator, and restrooms. Breakfast includes granola and milk. ◽️Outdoor area: parasols, chairs, BBQ facilities, and even a small pool for sunbathing on sunny days. ◽️2nd floor: Two guest rooms and a spacious roof balcony, perfect for various uses.

🟠Neighborhood There’s a drugstore open until 10 PM within walking distance, and convenience stores are also nearby.

🟠Host The owner is very friendly and welcoming, which made my first trip to Zaimokuza enjoyable and relaxing.

⚠️ Notes ◽️Smoking is allowed only in the designated garden area on the 1st floor. ◽️Since it’s located in a residential area, guests should be mindful of noise, especially after 8 PM.
