The apartment was sooo spacious and sooo stylish. It's so convenient that there's everything you need. The amenities are all modern and the room was super clean. The check-in process is easy enough if you just follow the instructions attentively. When you enter the building and the room, the lock screen is empty, just press anywhere and the digits will be displayed. If you move from Shin-Imamiya station, it's best to cross a narrow pedestrian corridor through the station building after you exit the station itself. Subway and railway stations are not very close, but not too far. It's convenient because you can use different lines and move around the city. There's a big 24h supermarket nearby, and Shinsekai area is within walking distance so you won't be bored. Unfortunately, there is no iron or spray for clothes again creases, no pajama too, though I think other apartments provide them. As for the items in the room, one of the small tables was wobbling, and the mirror was for some reason put rather high on the wall, so when you sit, you can only see the upper part of your face. Unfortunately, Shin-Imamiya area was very dirty this time, though I've stayed in nearby hotels many times and it's usually better. In general, the downsides are very minor. It's good value for...
Read moreUsed this location as our base to travel around Osaka and made day trips to Nara, Kobe and Kyoto. Once you get passed the key code check in procedure the room has everything you could need. Full instructions are given with separate codes for the main door and your room. Saves having to carry keys around which we found useful especially if sharing the apartment. Separate Toilet and Shower/ Drying Room with Washing Machine available. Small Kitchen Area with Microwave, Hob, Kettle and Fridge/ Freezer. Havign a Small seating area separate to the bed was also very useful. All utensils and cleaning products provided. The drying area on the balcony and also inside was an excellent idea. Any staff we did see on site were very friendly. Minutes walk to supermarkets, Shinsekai, various train stations including Shin Imamiya where the airport express from Osaka Airport stops within 10 mins walking distance. We also walked up to Dontonbori area in around 15-20 mins. Much quieter than the more touristy areas but has everything you need nearby. Would...
Read moreThe reason I'm giving 5 stars to a 2star apartment is due to a couple of reasons.
Close proximity to subway stations. The nearest is Imamiyaebisu Station which is not stroller nor disabled friendly as there is no elevator. There are other subway stations around here which is very convenient too.
Procedures Checking in was a breeze. In fact it was so easy and efficient. There was no reception. Those hotels with reception will take such a long time to get checked in. For this property, we received an email stating the process and passwords. If you need any help, just call the property and they will answer to your call. It's that simple.
Convenience store. There a few along the street and road junctions.
Comfy. Room was small but very comfortable with the state of the Art amenities. The drying of the clothes took just a few hours as there is a built-in clothes drying system in the ceiling of the bathroom. Awesome.
What else can I say? It's been splendid and well-spent $$$ for...
