Rank #2 on my list for Osaka. The best best curry rice I have tried in Japan and some of the best beef. The chef has perfected his art. Steak was seasoned well and even had gold flakes on it 😂. We got recommended Ishidiya by a local at a bar we frequented, i don't think we would have found it otherwise. I had beef from kobe to kyoto and this was the one. If you're reading this, I hope you are on your way there.

Both lamb dishes we ordered tasted like high grade lamb chops. The beef tongue was thick and all the Wagyu cuts were perfectly marbeled. The bone in frank sausages were a delight to eat. Read moreShocked by all the good reviews, not sure if it’s robots or if people just love low quality meat. First red flag when we walked in should have been we were the ONLY group eating. No one came even after we left 2hrs later. Meat cuts look great when served, pictures are pretty true to what it is. However, meat is so fatty that it was sickening after a few pieces. Many wagyu pieces were chewy and had to be spit out. We got the all you can eat, best things to order is egg drop soup and the yuzu ice cream. Next time, will spend more money on...
