The Peak Tsutenkaku — Hotel in Osaka

No wifi, unresponsive customer service. Mouldy potatos found in the kitchen.

When we moved in, the website explicitly states there is wifi and customer service. Outside the building are posters of wifi password, and QR codes to customer service via text but there is no router under such name. When we texted customer services about the wifi, we have waited 2 days. No response whatsoever. In the year of 2024, how can a accommodation can be without network coverage? Where’s the customer service? That’s false advertisement you know.

Very new rooms and very clean and modern. Nearby train station and convenience store downstairs. Suitable for a family of 4. Check in is easy with the necessary codes provided before check in. Everything is done by yourself and there is practically no service staff available however help is provided by scanning QR code but I have not encountered a situation where I need to contact anyone for help. Very convenient location. JR, Metro, and Donki are located just a few mins walk away. Our room is new and well furnished with all necessities for a longer stay of a family of four to five. The bathtub has temperature control, and the room is equipped with a projector TV and washing machine.
