Kiko House — Hotel in Tokyo

Stayed with my partner in one of the rooms for 2 weeks. Though it was smaller than expected it was enough for the both of us. We had a little sitting space with a table that can be extended and a mini kitchen with working stove! Shower and toilet worked great, as well as the AC and washing machine. There‘s a manual that explains everything and it helped perfectly! We washed two times and though the space to hang up clothes was a bit small there‘s a laundromat not far where you can also dry your stuff for cheap. Outside the rooms is a shelf with some extra stuff like scissors, more toilet paper, cleaning and hygiene products, emergency kit, etc. Also on the ground floor is a space to put luggage into!

Convience stores, multiple restaurants and the train/ bus stations are all very close! The tokyo skytree is visible and within 10 minutes of walking distance.

The apartment was smaller than expected, but if you check the pictures afterwards it fits the photos and makes sense.

If you travel with a partner the space is just enough for 2 people.

The room and bath were very clean, except some corners were a bit dirty (for example behind the washing machine or some shelfs).

We couldnt sleep very well the first night, because the pillows are veery soft and light. So we asked for another 2 pillows. Kiko brought us the pillows the same day, which we were really thankful about!!! The next nights were much better :)

The host of this apartment is spectacular! Almost instant replies! Lovely space for a couple. It's small but honestly all the space and utensils you need are there. 7eleven around the corner is great for snacks or even small dinner/lunch/breakfast. Also an atm there. It is not in the main city but trains are easy with Google maps and it is a lovely walk to a nearby attractions (sky tree, asahi tower, asakusa). Would 100% recommend to...
