Oyado Danran 団欒 — Hotel in Tokyo

I am extremely disappointed in this "hotel". I was looking forward to our stay, and I thought the owner was nice. But, as soon as we walked into the building, the SMELL OF URINE smacks you in the face. The floors are sticky. The elevator smells like drunk people peed on the walls. The rooms are extremely musty. They smell like mildew, especially if you turn on the fan. The smell gets worse with the fan.

There was also mold around the air conditioner units.

My husband and I were so excited for our stay at oyado danran. I had seen reviews that said it smelled a little, but the smell is AWFUL!!

We left after two days, and put in a complaint with Booking dot com. The owner refuses a refund. We only put in for a refund for the days we didn't stay. We were not expecting a refund for the days we stayed.

SO, I put in a complaint and fraud charge with my bank.
