Friendly, helpful staff, maybe the top hostel staff in Japan. Appreciated the complimentary coffee and green tea. Handy laundry facilities and some basic kitchen facilities. There are bathroom and powder room at 3rd floor (for ladies make up or hair drying usage). Smoking is available at Rooftop with nice view of the skytree tower. At ground floor where the reception is, there is kitchen which can be used. It is full of kitchen equipments. Definitely...
