We booked 2 rooms here for 10D/9N. When I am writing this review, we are still staying here….This morning I approached the front desk. As we wanted to book a local restaurant for dinner. We checked those restaurants websites or related booking websites. We tried to book via website first but some would require phone booking. It seems quite full over the weekend and also hard to book one even for Monday’s dinner. That’s why I approached the front desk see if they can help me to call those Restuarants directly to check the availability instead and they speak Japanese. One of the female staff helped and called my first choice on my restaurant list. She called and spoke to the restaurant, it sounds like have a chance to make a booking. Then I saw her, she hold the line and she approached her make supervisor with glasses and checked something then she told me the restaurant would require local Japanese contact number not overseas contact number. And this hotel couldn’t help to make booking by using their hotel’s contact number to help|hotel guest to make booking?!!!!! This is the first time to receive such unreasonable excuse that this hotel couldn’t help to make restaurant booking for their hotel guests. Then I called my Japanese’s friend see if we can use his Japanese’s mobile number as I really don’t want to bother local friend here for restaurant booking. I tried to pass my mobile for the hotel staff to speak with my Japanese friend but she refused and asked me to book by ourselves. |So this hotel will not help hotel guest to make local restaurant bookings!!!!!|Terrible!!!|When you travel overseas and pay to stay. And this is a common service when you travel from overseas or foreign and couldn’t speak their local language for local restaurant bookings. ||However this hotel refused to help at the end. Lucy, my local fried here helped me to make restaurant bookings instead….but NOT THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL and they couldn’t help but we paid for 9 nights accommodations and received ZERO help!!!||Please consider to stay somewhere else if you need to plan/seek for Restuarant booking helps and if you do not have any local Japan contact number or local friend here. ||REMM Roppongi Managment, I would suggest you to put remark on your website that this hotel will not provide service to hotel guests for local restaurant bookings!!!!||I will only give credits to the house keeping staff here. They...
Read moreRoom & Facilities: 4/5 The room was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the air purifier and massage chair—both were excellent touches that added to my relaxation. However, I found it inconvenient that essential items like cotton pads and razors were only available at the lobby. Guests had to visit the lobby daily to pick them up, which wasn't ideal. It would be much more convenient and practical if these amenities were available directly in the room.||Location: 5/5 The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to the metro and great options for exploring the city. This was a major plus and definitely made my stay more enjoyable. ||Service: 1/5 Unfortunately, the service fell short of my expectations. When I arrived early and requested to store our luggage, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude from the male staff member, who seemed irritated by our request. He didn't offer any hospitality, and the process was quite impersonal. Later, when checking in, the female staff member directed us to a self-check-in machine without offering further assistance or guidance. While I understand the use of technology, I believe that a more personal touch would enhance the guest experience. ||The most disappointing aspect came at check-out. Despite several male staff members being present, no one offered to help with our luggage or assist in arranging a taxi. This lack of attention felt unusual, especially given that I understand the importance of service in the hospitality industry. A more attentive and welcoming approach would have greatly improved...
Read moreStayed at Remm Roppongi for four nights. The room was compact — just enough for a solo traveler — with limited space to fully open a suitcase.
Clothing storage was minimal, with a single narrow rail near the door that could accommodate around four pieces if spaced out. The hotel shows signs of wear, and I noticed some mold in the bathroom. There was no unpleasant odor, and basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in the room. Other amenities, such as toothbrushes and razors, were available for self-service at the Level 4 lobby, where check-in is also located.
Despite being in the heart of Roppongi’s nightlife district, the room was quiet — likely due to being on a higher floor and having considerate neighbors. The location is excellent, just a one-minute walk from Roppongi Station, with convenience stores and dining options nearby. A highlight was the in-room massage chair, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Drinks vending machines are available on every floor. While the Level 4 lobby includes a microwave and seating area, a “no eating” sign created some confusion, especially when we arrived early with takeaway. Early check-in is possible but comes with an additional charge.
The biggest drawback was the elevator system — long waits and crowded lifts were a regular inconvenience. That said, staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.
Overall, a decent stay in a...
