Shin-Okubo International Hotel — Hotel in Tokyo

Located very convenient with many eateries and train stations nearby all within a 5-15mins walk range. Rooms are equipped basic amenities like a fridge and a commercial microwave at the lobby area. There is also a laundry services available from morning till 11pm ofor about $2 which was good however the dryer was faulty when I went to use. No worries though as there is also a laundry mat just down the street. Some things I hoped can be improved on though were the door handle to the rooms which were loose and i thought they were going to come off... for safety reasons I think it would be good to repair them. The rooms are pretty dingy and definitely bare bones as far as amenities go. Bed is not the greatest quality but serviceable. If you’re hoping for a view from your room, good luck- mine looked directly at a wall. It could do for some upgrades, or a deep clean at the very least.
