I stayed there for 20 nights on a business trip. Good things: - the location: next to a metro station, near Tokyo station, near Ginza, also close to several convenience stores and other restaurants. - the cleanliness: everything perfect. - wifi: fast and reliable - best of all: the people that work there, they're amazing, super helpful staff. - price: not too expensive. Bad things: - tiny (I mean TINY) rooms. No closet, no drawers, zero storage space, almost no space to open your suitcase even though I had a double room for just one person. I had to ask the hotel staff for a few hangs and a little table so that I did not have to put my things just on the floor. - tiny desk. - some rooms (like mine) are heading a building. From a distance of about 1.5 meters (I could not see the sky from the window). Almost no natural light. - the breakfast is really poor. You have to choose what to drink (either hot coffe, iced coffe, or tea) and then you have a fixed selection of options (either a croassant, or a toast with an egg and a few others). No fruit, and none of the options was tasty or nice. I ended up getting food in convenience stores or going to starbucks most days, Would I go there again? If it's for 2-3 nights, yes. It's clean, tidy, nice staff.... If it's for more than 2-3 nights, I would not go there.

The room was too tiny for us (2 adults + 1 toddler). We brought 3 luggage and 1 baby stroller and they barely fit in the room. We need to rearrange the layout of the room, push several things out here and there to make space. There is barely any space in front of the bed, too. We've been to several hotels in Japan and we're aware the majority of the hotel room spaces are tight but this one probably the smallest rooms that we've ever been. Prior to this we stayed in Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagoya-Sakuradoriguchi and the room has more space to put our stuff. We were supposed to stay there for 4 nights but unfortunately we decided to check out a day early and move to a different hotel. I'd say the room is more suitable for a single person or 2 adults max with no more than 2 luggage. However despite these issues, the value is great and breakfast was included. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. Location wise it's close to subway station, which is convenient. I'm not sure if there are bigger rooms available of if this is the default size room.

Stayed here for 3 nights just a couple of weeks ago. Though not too close to major train stations, this hotel is still just a few minutes' walk to Kayabacho Station that serves Tozai Line and Hibiya Line. Since it's also not too close to major stations, the neighborhood feels quieter, which is a good thing for me. The room was small, but it could fit my large suitcase just fine with still enough room to walk around. The wi-fi connection was stable, the bathroom was clean with good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was provided by the Pronto Cafe on the 1st floor; they offered simple breakfast set options that were quite decent. The staff was accommodating as well. Overall, if you can get a good price for this hotel, it's a good alternative if other hotels with better locations are out of the question (e.g. fully booked or already significantly more expensive).

Stayed a week at this hotel.||Room really tiny and with a view to a wall but very clean. Comfortable bed not too soft or hard.Very nice duve. ||Bathroom very small as well but easy to get out of bathtub.THis room was an upgrade according to check in (you do it yourself) but still helpful and kind staff in reception Who did understand english.||Location is fantastic.. Metro station just 100 m away. 10 minuts walk to Tokyo station. Lots of places to eat or do grocery shopping. ||Breakfast is very simple.. A tray with either 2 White pieces of toast, 1 egg (hard), 1 small bowl of salad, butter and choice of Tea or Coffee or instead of toast you can have croissant and instead of egg you can have yugurt..this is if bf included in your Stay.||You can not combined above mentioned with some other choices (????) you can have pancakes but for an extra 200 yen..but not combined with the above. According to waiter.||DINNER:I had dinner twice and it was really nice.. Pasta was very good. ||English limited in the restaurant. ||I liked My choice of BF. ||WiFi works All right but not super fast. ||If you want to relax with a little tv after a long day out you need to know japanese - No english speaking Channels.||Small but nice refrigiator to keep your own drinks cold. ||Hotel is in a small quiet street so No noice from traffic (My room was away from the street).||You can do laundry and use a microwave at 8th floor.. Also a vending machine, that didnt work when I tried to use it. ||All in All a nice hotel with a great location.Wish that breakfast was better though. ||I paid 65$ pr night BF included..very reasaonable. ||I can definitely stay...
