Conveniently located from Kayabacho station (2 minute walk) and not too far from Tokyo Station (5-7 minutes/1100-1300 yen by taxi), well maintained and clean room, simple yet fulfilling breakfast, all for a very good value for money. I have no regret spending 4 nights here and would *absolutely recommend this hotel*. Really appreciate the restaurant to provide info on allergens and dietary restriction including alcohol, pork and gelatin which is very useful for muslim traveller like me. The room I stayed in was the universal twin room (24 meter square). It has enough space for two people with four mid-large size luggages. I booked via the hotel website and become a member to receive discount. Convenience store is just beside the hotel is another plus point. The hotel is situated on main street so there’s a sense of security when you walk at night. Overall, I am hooked and will stay here if I ever come to Tokyo again.

Stayed for extended period with pleasure. The experience was good since the first day with polite staff at the front desk. Everyone working here is as friendly and respecting as they can be. Of course there is broken English sometimes but they tried their best, and there aren't any problems asking for anything after all. Breakfast in the morning is simple but sufficient (note though: some days food ran out later after 8.30 am). Amenity is plenty and you can ask if need anything. Next to it is Family Mart and also 7-11 and Lawson within walking distance. Though local restaurants in the area are already great not to bore me for weeks. There is no single serious complaint I can think off of this place. Some say it is too narrow in the room (may feel that the first time), but this is normal in Tokyo for any low or mid price hotel. I would be happy to stay here again, mainly with such a great staff.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay at Keio Presso Inn Nihonbashi Kayabacho during the initial leg of our Japan trip. Chose it for its ideal location and reasonable price. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores around, including Family Mart, 7 Eleven, and Lawson. Kayabacho station is a stone's throw away. Kaomi Shrine is a pleasant 7-minute walk. The staff is friendly, always welcoming. We heard that hotel rooms in Japan are quite small, but the one we got had enough space for 2 luggages and medium carry-on bags, and we still had space to move around. Upon check-in, we were informed about the cleaning schedule (every 4 days), but they graciously changed our towels daily, even when we didn't place them in the tub (which was their rule if you want fresh towels)and they also do daily rubbish collection. The breakfast offered a satisfying variety. Overall, a splendid stay!

This was the 3rd time my wife and I had chosen to stay here. We were there for 4 nights and everything was as we wanted - perfectly clean, well organised, great little start to the day with a standard breakfast selection (very business like with it's coffee and pastries with a bit of salad and milk on the side, juices too though) and even though the rooms are small, that's expected of hotels in Tokyo, Japan but they are exactly equipped and laid out with everything as you need it. Perfect.||||The hotel itself is well insulated when it comes to quiet rooms with no loud traffic noise from any flyovers etc outside. There's a connected Family Mart right next door which is great for any things you might need.||||As a location, it's perfect for those like us wanting to get to Disney. Door to door it takes about 45 minutes or something and is so simple. Walk down to Hatchobori station (a lovely walk of about 10 minutes not even), the JR line one, and get on a straight line no changes to Disney. It's also well placed for the lovely area of Ginza around the corner.||||The only problem we had, which could've been something we weren't understanding being Japan, was our used cups and cutlery kept being left unchanged after they'd come and cleaned the room each day. After asking, they did it. But it was a little strange as to why they left them like that each time when they were obviously used and needing to be exchanged. Anyway...!||||Finally, the WiFi wasn't reliable at all in the rooms, keeping on cutting in and out but that could've been the position of our room within the hotel or something. Just getting closer to reception downstairs sorts that problem...! Tokyo's full of places to grab WiFi free if you needed though.||||Overall, will definitely stay here next...

Keio Presso Inn Kayabacho is a well-situated hotel located in the Kayabacho neighborhood of Tokyo, Japan. This budget-friendly hotel offers a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers exploring the vibrant city of Tokyo.

During my stay at Keio Presso Inn Kayabacho, I found the location to be particularly advantageous. Situated near the Kayabacho subway station, the hotel provides easy access to Tokyo's extensive public transportation network. This made it hassle-free to explore various attractions and neighborhoods in the city.

The hotel's lobby and common areas are clean and efficiently designed. The check-in process was swift, and the staff members were courteous and helpful, providing assistance with any inquiries I had during my stay.

The guest rooms, although compact, are thoughtfully laid out and well-maintained. My room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy, and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom, while small, was functional and tidy.

Keio Presso Inn Kayabacho doesn't offer extensive dining options on-site, but this wasn't an issue given the abundance of restaurants and eateries in the surrounding area. Kayabacho is known for its many dining choices, ranging from local Japanese eateries to international cuisine, ensuring that guests can easily find satisfying meals nearby.

While this hotel may not provide luxury amenities or expansive spaces, it excels in offering a practical and reasonably priced accommodation option for travelers who prioritize location and convenience. If you're looking for a comfortable and well-located base from which to explore Tokyo without breaking the bank, Keio Presso Inn Kayabacho is a...

Stayed four nights. Lcation is good (3 minutes walk from subway station). Surprising that the front desk staffs spoke little English while they have quite some international guests. It is a busy hotel. A lot of people checking in in the evenings during our stay. Room size is somewhat small. Cant handle two 26" suitcases. Breakfast is basic and simple. Self service laundry is expensive. 300 Yen for a wash and washing detergent is not free (Hokke Inn across the street charges 100 Yen for one wash and free detergent provided). It is even more surprising that no outside phone calls from room phone. Must use puble pay phone for even local calls. It is very possible that the hotel has many intruders (was checking the shop location of Tokyu Hands from one of the two computers in the lobby, and was asked probably 3 minutes after logging into the computer by a front desk staffs whether I have already check in. Apparently they suspected a non hotel guest is using their computer. In face the computers are located in a corner that is not visible to the front desk. Apparently they were watching through hidden cameras). May or may not stay here...
