A massive selection of gachapon machines for those looking to collect smaller Japanese models of things ranging from everyday items to anime characters. Usually priced at around ¥300-¥500. The number of machines itself is impressive, as there are few repeats.

There are coin changing machines to “break” your notes to ¥100 coins for the machines. You can also return the capsules to collection machines located at strategic points of the shop.

Shop also sell other collectibles that don’t rely on luck. It’s not unique though - they are shops like these in many tourist spots including a small one near the Narita Airport T2 Station entrance. Nonetheless a good place to look for capsules if you’re fanatical...

It’s not as bug as we think. It would be good to visit if you are nearby. But for us it’s not that worth it to make a trip to Ikebukuro just for this destination.
