The best ramen shop near Haneda Airport is without a doubt this one.
When you arrive, simply say “Negi Ramen” to the owner. If you like chashu, say “Negi Chashu Ramen” instead.
This shop is famous for Negi (scallions), so if you don’t like negi, this place isn’t for you.
Water is self-service. Please keep your voice low inside the shop.
Since this place opens early in the morning, many airport workers finishing their night shifts and salarymen stopping by before work come here. So, this is not the place for loud conversations or excitement.
When your ramen arrives, if you want to take a picture, do it quickly. Then, make sure to soak the negi well into the soup. The sauce on the negi blends into the broth, making it even more delicious.
The soup is incredibly tasty, but it’s also quite salty. If you drink it all, your face might swell up!
Once you’ve eaten about half, try adding a little of the grated garlic from the table. But be careful—not too much, or it will overpower the entire dish.
After finishing your meal, please return your bowl and cup to the counter. Be very careful not to drop them behind the counter.
For payment, hand your money directly to the owner after eating.
During lunchtime, the shop can get crowded, so please leave promptly after finishing your meal.
Enjoy the undisputed No.1 ramen...

(@wei.oframen on ig for my ramen adventure 😚)
This trip I really tried to clear out the oldest entries in my backlog. Ramen Shop, also known as Ra-Sho, can be seen as one of the most iconic ramen franchises in Japan. This original location is still run by the original master himself, opening its doors from 6 AM in the morning. Even tho the category tag on ramendb says tonkotsu shoyu, I believe there's also chicken in the making of this broth. It's not as heavy as a bowl of Iekei tonkotsu shoyu tho, which makes it much more suitable as a breakfast option. Apparently, the father of Iekei ramen, Yoshimura-san, also trained under Ramen Shop. Everyone who comes here seems to get their negi as a topping, and I can see why after trying it myself. These negi were so addicting, thanks to the sauce they tossed them in before adding to each bowl. While I think that ramenheads will probably appreciate this style more because of all the lore and stuff surrounding it, this was a solid bowl to consider, especially if you are heading to Haneda Airport early in...
