I want to start by acknowledging that, in many ways, your service showed promise; the flavors were there and the staff were polite. Yet I can’t shake the feeling that I was treated more like a walking cash register than a valued guest. From the moment I sat down, the insistence on sparkling versus still water—your obvious profit drivers—felt less like hospitality and more like thinly veiled extortion. As someone who works in Peru’s culinary scene, I know how restaurants should operate, and this pushy approach was disappointing.
When it comes to pricing, I expected generous portions to match your lofty prices—but what arrived on my plate was anything but substantial. And while the chicken itself was tasty, calling it “pollo a la brasa” is nothing short of sacrilege; on no planet does that qualify as true Peruvian rotisserie chicken. You’re trading on Peru’s incredible culinary reputation—Peru’s gastronomy is celebrated worldwide—yet here you are slapping “Nikkei” on a dish that bears no resemblance to authentic fusion, and you omit staples like lomo saltado entirely. Even your so-called “gambas” appetizer feels like a Spanish import rather than a Peruvian creation.
FYI - word gambas is not used in Peru nor Latin America in general.
Furthermore, if you’re going to brand yourselves as a Peruvian restaurant, why exclude iconic beverages like chicha morada or Inca Kola? A 0.2 L bottled lemonade at exorbitant markup only underscores how much you’re squeezing profit from every possible angle. Tipping felt obligatory, and proceeded out of kindness.
I was once again in Vilnius for work and this time dates crossed out to celebrate Peru’s National Day in Vilnius, hoping for an authentic taste of home—and instead I left feeling underwhelmed. I urge you to show some respect for the cuisine and culture you claim to represent: rename that “pollo a la brasa,” stock genuine Peruvian drinks, and rethink your aggressive bottling tactics. Last words I can share are you’re not welcoming diners—you’re...
Read more10+th experience: Food quality still amazing. Every once in a while they serve unfresh tortilla chips with Guac. Service quality is becoming much more consistent and improving. Also it's great to see the waiting staff working there for a long time. Their happiness and loyalty to the club reflects on the atmosphere. Everyone is working with a professional attitude and never saw a grumpy face in a long time.
Fourth experience: Happy to see that the third experience was an isolated incident. From Reception to payment everything was perfect this time as before. Food is still consistently amazing across every dish. We tried around 80% of the whole menu by now. Wagyu special was also good. Cocktails still top notch. Serving time was faster than usual probably because we were an early party.
Update on third experience: (Rating 2/5) the service quality has been slipping. The food is still amazing but we waited a long time before we could order some drinks. We got our first drinks 25 minutes into the experience. Had an issue over water and our waiter kept complaining about it multiple times. He didn’t write our orders in the first place. We got served a wrong dish and one of our orders was forgotten. He ended up asking what we ordered and not. Huge disappointment at my fav location.
First experience: One of the best restaurant experiences I had. The atmosphere, service, food quality, selection, cocktails; all above average. The reception was fast and friendly. The prices aren’t cheap but considering the service quality and taste, it’s good value. Most importantly we didn’t have to wait 10 mins for the waitress to ask for the check. The service was quite attentive.

Read moreUnfortunately our experience was unpleasant at this restaurant. Initially, the starters were delicious and were served pretty quickly. The mains took over an hour to be served and one of the mains was forgotten. The quality of food was below average. Starters were great, but mains were very disappointing. Chicken breast (which costs €28) was dry, salmon (which also costs €28) was very basic. Wagu steaks were pretty average as well. In our opinion, the food is overpriced. The initial service was good, however as the evening went by, the quality of service went down. Our waitress appeared to be very indifferent and disinterested. There was no apology for delayed food or the missed order. We were not asked whether the food was ok when it was served. When our guests finished their main meals, the forgotten dish was delivered, however we sent it back as it was too late. Yet again, no apology or acknowledgement. The atmosphere gave good impressions at the start in terms of décor, however throughout the evening there was a dj performing a set which was far too loud and was out of place and inappropriate for a restaurant setting. We couldn't hear eachother speak nor did we managed to relax. Overall, not a great experience and unfortunately we would not consider...
