Nuromen Cafe provided a delightful dining experience during our visit to Kuching. It was a spontaneous decision to dine there with two friends after wrapping up our morning work meeting.

We arrived at the cafe around 2:30 pm on a Friday, and to our pleasant surprise, we found it to be peacefully devoid of the lunchtime rush. It created an atmosphere of relaxation and allowed us to fully savor our meal without the usual bustling crowds.

The cafe's location is conveniently within walking distance from our base at Hilton Hotel, approximately a 10-minute stroll away. Its prominent nameplate makes it easy to spot, ensuring we didn't lose our way.

For lunch, I opted for the wagyu beef noodle and a three-layered drink. The dish was a culinary delight. The wagyu beef was tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, while the soup was a flavorful masterpiece. A sprinkling of chili flakes added the perfect kick to the dish. My friends had the mee kolok and were equally pleased with their choices.

The efficient service and friendly staff further enhanced our dining experience. We left Nuromen Cafe with full stomachs and smiles, already looking forward to returning in the future. If you find yourself in Kuching, this cafe is definitely worth a visit for its delectable dishes and...

visit this restaurant this afternoon . the curry and noodle was okay. the order system by QR code is sucked . use the QR code to place order and was disconnected suddenly. reconnected back again and put in order again. after the 2nd order went to counter to double check the online order and was told everything okay . but end up our order was double them want we were wanted . try to talk to the chinese lady informing only 3 of us but the preset was 3 curry rice and 3 beef noodle and ask her to cut down the order . she inform the system cannot change and the kitchen alredy cook . end up 3 person eat 6 portion of food and packed the extra order take away . the lady are keep saying system alredy cook and can't adjust. the owner should understand how 3 person order 6 portion of food . very disappointed with this kind of ordering system as i travel all over the world only this restaurant come out with this very unreasonable excuse to boost...

Very inattentive staffs; each time I visit the outlet, I have to wait an average of 10-15 mins before any of the crews realise that we have not been served.

There are times when the cashier sees us (with our upset faces and trying to get the crews' attention), but there was no communication to inform the floor crews on new arrivals. Poor teamwork, indeed.

Sitting outside is the worst. Expect no service at all, you alls. We had to go in to retrieve the menus ourselves, and THEN walk in to place the order sheet (at the cashier). Self service is the best if you want to get things done.

As of today, there was a LINE of floor crews (about 3 or 4?) standing by the kitchen with obviously nothing to do, but yet we were not served and not handed the menu and not have our orders taken in. So yes, self service is the way to go.

Please, at least have a CALL BUTTON on the tables if these issues persist. It would make...

Decided to try this place out due to the current Grab Dine Out promotion. The place was airy and clean, with lots of seating available on a Sunday noon. I offered via a QR menu although they also had the option of bringing you a menu. This restaurant specialises in beef noodles but I felt like rice so I went for their Nasi Kari Banjir Sapi since I’ve never had this before. Overall it tasted ok but was a bit heavy handed with the salt, and I feel that there wasn’t enough beef for the price paid - it came in very thin slices, somewhat similar to gyodon. To make it spicier I helped myself to the dried chilli provided at the table. Overall it was ok, and the staff were very friendly plus service was very prompt. I’ll give the place another try and order their beef noodles next time.

A good spot for lunch or dinner, and they open until around 8-9pm. The order will go through the QR code on the table, so there is less interaction with their employees. You still can order at the counter or to ask anything. The food is good, however the food selection is focused on their speciality, the beef noodles. The bbq chicken they got is an underdog in the menu (highly recommended). There were hotpots on the menu for those that wanted it. The price is decent and the place is squeaky clean.
