Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst dining experience. We ordered couple set, which had Ikan bakar, kangkung, fried egg and tomyum. It took ages for anyone to come take our order, and it wasn’t because they were busy, most of the staff were just sitting around, vaping and chatting, completely ignoring the couple of filled tables wanting to place an order. It took a total of 50 minutes for food to be served. Plus, they got our order wrong by the totally useless waiter. When the food finally arrived, it was an even bigger disappointment. Everything was bland and lacked any flavor. It felt like they didn’t put any effort into preparing the dishes. I honestly could have cooked something better at home with no seasoning at all! Looking at the presentation, lost our appetite. Ikan bakar, tasteless. Sotong, just mixed with some Sambal. Tomyum, doesn't even taste of tomyum. Tasted of asam pedas instead. Shame to Thailand. Rice, served COLD! To top it off, the staff didn’t seem to care at all. When we asked for water or anything else, it felt like we were inconveniencing them. They were more focused on their own conversations than on doing their jobs. Served without saying a slight thank you, or nod. Overall, a waste of time and money. I won’t be back, and I’d advise anyone to steer clear at all cost. Do not even think of coming. Just look at the attached for their presentation. Shameful.

We tried all sorts of stuff here. We came on a Tuesday night. It wasn't crowded. There was actually no one but us and then a few people dropped in 20 mins later. The area we sat had a lot of mosquitoes. Tried to find seats with no bugs but it wasn't easy. That made our dining experience abit uncomfortable. Things we tried Ikan bakar was okay. Good but still not the best still I'd still give it a 7/10 Nasi goreng kampung was abit spicy for me. Love the crackers. 6/10 Nasi goreng udang or prawn. I expected it to be as spicy as the kampung but it wasn't. 6/10 nothing special. Rangka ayam. At first I thought it was chicken but a quick Google search says that rangka means skeleton. So it was bones coated in flour. I would give that a try again as I wasn't sure how to eat it but some people are saying you can eat the whole thing. Would love to give that a try. Thai tea and Thai milk tea was abit too sweet for my liking. If it was less sweet with the ice cream combination it would make it more enjoyable. 5/10

This eatery is located at the main road directing to the city centre. The traffic here is pretty high in volume especially during nightfall. As for the food ordering system-the customer needs to write the code AND full menu name and yet still failed to send the food. Could be human error and kinda frustrating seeing other tables got the food earlier than us. (Almost hour worthless waiting time) The food is ordinary in taste and presentation. The main attraction would be the drinks-ice cream floating teas. The owner should be aware of the service delivered to the customer as this place is full within hour (dinner time). Probably the hype comes from the social media storm which is very subjective.

Food - good range but all blands, tasteless.

Atmosphere - Nice view, but because we dined in the evening, so it was kind of cooling. Ceiling fans were there but could not be felt.

Service - Terrible. Miscommunicated order. When we raised the incorrect food received, waitress demanded from customers to know 'who served you guys' to 'investigate' the issue. Poor system, staff did not even know which waitresses serve which customers. Non-apologetic about the issue. Ordering system was poor, we had to write codes and menu name ourselves and they still got it wrong.

During payment, the same waitress again made a mistake. She told the amount, we reconfirmed with her the amount, we paid using QR, and was told that we need to pay 90 CENTS more. When we asked why was it not communicated to us earlier, "I did not see it". 🙄

The only friendly staff was the one who served us drinks. When mineral water was missing, she came back with it and apologised for it.

Do we want to return? Nope. Lesson learnt - not to fall for TikTok videos...
