Bluewaters Staycate — Hotel in Johor

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment hotel recently, and I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I stepped into my apartment, I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. Everything was immaculate, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

Not only was the apartment spotless, but the overall comfort was exceptional. The furniture was tastefully chosen, providing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the person in charge. They were incredibly warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any request truly enhanced my experience and made me feel like a valued guest.

And as it is in a heritage type shop house it really has the spirit of old JB but with all the modern conveniences

The complimentary coffee, water, tea, noodles, Milo, etc are also a nice touch 😀

We liked the cleanliness, spaciousness and the location near to City Square and Komtar. However, we were kept waiting uncomfortably outside the door for our door code when we arrived, past check-in time, with our luggage, and we were forced to contact the SG office as no one was responding on their Malaysian phone so this caused us anxiety and felt like a bad start to our holiday. Provisions are decent but there is no door to the toilet/shower and the bathtub is adjacent to the dining area with no enclosure. However, as we only stayed a day, these did not matter...
