Empress Signature — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

JUST RUN AWAY !! During 11 years of traveling aboard and I never saw such a BAD AND ILLOGICAL treatment, it's the first time in my entire life I will put a feedback so people after won't live the same hell as me. "The owner" of this place accept everyone at any time and can do everything just for 30 MYR. they stole my phone next to my head when I was sleeping at 4am then they kick me out at 1pm for the simple reason "I don't watch my stuff". The owner host even people without visa and don't want to fix the CCTV so police can't have evidence if something happened. For my case the thief check in at 2 am and left the place at 5 am because everyone is sleeping and just a guest who opened the door for him. But I must noticed the Malaysian Police did a very great work and catch the stealer within hours even if he booked under a female name and the owner accept it Wich is illegal. I had a very lovely and understandable officer that I will never forget in my life who even helped me during the first two days to buy a new phone and find a place where to sleep because all my money and my work was in my phone and They really didn't appreciate her behavior because they already notice something wrong in this place by not fixing the camera which is working but without SD card to record (coast 10MYR) and also because she did everything during the first hours to not help me and not bring police to her place. I think I did my part by reporting what happened there and this feedback is not to make people not book in her shitty dirty place but to inform you I wasn't the only one who lost something there and most of the other good reviews are fake ! In the end the owner brings me her son to scare me by telling me "you are just a tourist I can makes you suffer here" just because I didn't want to leave the place until I find my phone and also because police asked me to stay until they finish the investigation (but when you saw him you can quickly understand he don't even scare himself) 😂. First of all, you cannot search this place on APP when you set your destination on Crab.

Secondly, it is a residential property located in a residential building on level 27, not even a sign outside of their room indicating whether it’s a hostel or their business name ‘express signature’.

Thirdly, I’ve been trying to call them since 8am to 3.30pm all day on the phone number that was given by Agoda and google maps. Some calls went to voicemail directly, sometimes there was ringtones, but no one pick up the calls ALL DAY. I left a voice a messages. Ask them to give me a call back, I sent her emails asking them to contact me, but nothing happened.

Finally, I took a taxi there, and was completely not able to locate it. I called them numerous times, finally someone answered the call, and promised he would sent someone to pick me up from downstairs. But I waited longer than half hour with no one show up.. again, their phone was switched off again, numerous calls made to the same number, but again no one answered.

Eventually, after 30 minutes wait in the HEAT, someone came downstairs and took me to the residential property. I booked a female room only. But there was a guy in that room. The business was running by an Indian family, the lady seemed to be very lovely, but this is not how you running a business. I left that place and paid for another hotel myself.
