Hello manhattan fish market sunway putra. I had a very underwhelming experience during my dine in here on 1/6/2023. Staff were rude, not attentive, food was just average to compare with other outlets. Also, the staff didnt take note of our orders and ended up serving us with the wrong order TWICE. One of our orders that were served badly was the spicy mayo shrimp. What we got was nothing similar to the picure in the menu book. The shrimp was not even coated properly and what we got in our plate was rubber-like textured shrimp. The coating were all off the shrimp amd when asked the staff, they simply say “gambar dalam menu tu hiasan je”. Where is even the logic? When i asked to see the manager, the staff refused to call the manager and so we asked to make a new one. Shortly after they served us a new one but RUDELY and not single sorry from any of the staff for the messed up order. Definitely not coming back here and would not suggest you guys to...

Everything was just so so bad, so so wrong. 1) Not worth waiting for more than 40 min for a spaghetti regardless of promo or not !!!! 2) The food portions was also inconsistent, some big some small, at least for the Alaskan fish & chip ordered, the size received was so so small, half of another customer. 3) Poor service with the arrogant and incompetent staff members. How much a free refill of coke will cost after let you wait for more than 40 min and the food was still not served ? 4) Poor manager who did not know how to prioritize to free up the space to cater for more dine in customer, but appeared to focus more on the take away and allowed table reservation that was left empty while others waiting in que for a seat. 5) It was noted that the take-away que who came later was cleared first yet the dine-in still sit waiting for the food with a glass of already empty soft drink, refused to be refilled ! Will not visit again....

Got in. Set down. Waiter helped me to choose dishes. Waited about 10-15 minutes. Everything was very tasty. Quality of food is good. Plates quality is good also. There was about 60% free tables. The price here is higher than usual. Keep in mind that you will be paying also 6% for the service.

What I would modify: Turn on some chill music, not laud. Cuz kinda boring to seat and hear ppl talking without background music. smell raw fish little bit. Maybe make better kitchen hood. pls bring more than 1 napkin!!! If ppl order prawns they will definitely need it, trust me! food was little bit colder than i expected. Keep in mind. not 100% sure but maybe make happy days/hours to make ppl come and try it.
