Highly recommended Soto Lamongan// Watched Aruna & Her Palate in netflix, and one of her (Dian Sastro) treasure was soto from Lamongan area. I was intrigued, hence i Google and only this warung served this dish in KL. And oh apparently they just August 2020. Welcome by the aroma of the soto broth from the push cart in front, and within the first slurp, i am sold! Also tried bakso, nicely flavoured as some other places taste so much seasoning. Tried Sate kambing & sate ayam as side dishes just ok. Parking available within the restaurant area with rm5 charges. Or else find your spaceat the main road outside. I would return again.

2nd visit - my first time ever trying Mangut. This one with ikan kembong. Never tried from origin place, nevertheless this dish surprised me well. This is by far, the most authentic Soto Lamongan I could find in Kuala Lumpur. If you've even tasted the real soto lamongan in Java, then this warung will satisfy your craving. The broth was so full of spices (we called it bumbu kuning in Indonesia) and with koya (finely crushed shrimp crackers) to thicken the broth and enhance the umami.
