Hotel Star Castle — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

This is the worse hotell I ever bin to. I booked on booking.com and the room were nothing like the description or pictures. I booked a room that according to the description should have aircon, minibar, Telefon, wi-fi, satellite flatscreen tv, bathtub, work desk, toiletries, hot shower. They didn't let me se the room before I checked in. When I got to the rom The room I got had nothing of this except for aircon and flat screen TV. But needer of them had an remote control so that I could put them on. There was no minibar, no Telefon, wi-if didn't work, no bathtub, no work desk, no toiletries not even a soap, and no hot water. The room was discussing and filty. It didn't looked that it had bin cleaned for months. The bed sheets were dirty, had something that looked like blood stains, and full of black dark hair that was defiantly not mine. The towels were also dirty. There were broken pieces of glas on the floor. And under the bed I found used condoms and toilet paper. When I saw the room I said at once that I didn't wanna stay there and that I wanted my money back. The man at the desk refused and said it was nonrefundable. Even tho the room had nothing from the description. In the bathroom there were also full of hair in the shower. The water was cold. The sink was full of toothpaste. I couldn't stay there even thou I already paid for 2 nights. I leaved...

The most awful accommodation in all my travels...it is advertised as having breakfast and tea/coffee making facilities but this is not true...The hot water does not work so the shower is cold...even the soap provided was second hand...the room is only one suitcase width bigger than the double bed which was advertised as a queen...The pictures provided by the establishment are nothing like reality..I'm certain the website images are fake...the main man staffing the reception was an absolute sleaze despite the fact that I'm 47...On my first night I dropped something on the floor and made the mistake of reaching to the other side of the bed to get it and discover a used condom...In doing this I looked beneath the bed to discover a frightening treasure trove of rubbish including a woman's sandal...There is no maid service...No one empties the bin or refreshes the toilet roll...The room does not come with complimentary water or even a bar fridge...I would highly recommend NOT staying here...Having said that I really enjoyed the golden triangle...it is close to wonderful dining experiences in Jalon Alor however there are plenty of other cheap guest houses available in the area...I haven't tried them but avoid...
