Bring clients here to have durians and ordered 20kgs of Musang King. But it was a total disappointment and bad experience.

Firstly, told the staff that one of the durian was not ripe and taste potato. Staff assist to do the replacement, but again the durian still taste as potato. As I bring over 15 clients there when the durian was place on the table 5pcs were gone and when I try, it taste as potato. Now I start to suspect did most of the durian taste like potato but my client shy to tell me.

Me: Bro the durian still taste like potato. Staff: No choice brother, it's end of the season. Me: But I paid for the premium? Staff: Your client eat already then you say, how I change for you. Me: I was thinking, can't be I use my finger to try all the 20kg of durian before passing to my clients? In the first place, as a experienced durian seller you can't tell the durian will taste like patota? Are you telling us your staff are poorly trained?

Ordered over thousand dollars of msw yet they billed us the mineral water 🤣 it's been so long I paid mineral water at the durian stall.

In short, if you don't know durian and don't know how to taste durian....

Ordered grade A mao shan wang but the quality wasn't there hence we jokingly chatted with the staff. We thought they kindly did a replacement for us but it was of an even worse quality. We queried about the quality because we saw the staff smelling the chosen replacement durian multiple times after they opened and saw the flesh of the durian which tells us that the durian's quality has already degraded for sure but they still served it to us. However upon reaching out to the staff, he came to us and rudely replied "we already made a replacement" and walked away. Extremely disappointed with this experience. Should they not be sincere about replacing then just don't do it. We ended up leaving without consuming it as it clearly doesn't look right. I do not want to spend my night...

Overall durian quality is extremely worse & disgusting, what a shame to sell the terrible quality durian in the market, should rate this seller at 2.0 instead of 3.9. This durian store is selling unripe and not fresh durian at market price. Grade C Black Thorn durian selling at Grade A price. I think they've spent alot of $$$ in local KOL advertisement. Referring to the KOL advertisement again in detail, I guess this store is selling the buffet style/ quality durian (basically to clear the balance of stock/ not fresh durian) at fresh quality market price.
