Worst experience for service apartment.1. No check in counter. Need to figure out how to contact property agents to check in.2. Finally managed to get hold of Indian agent, they say go to your room and see if it’s ok for you. If not ok come down and change. Was puzzled by what he said, but went up there to check it out. OMG, it’s just like I’m back to army bunk bed, flat and dirty. Room was filled with mothball smell.Went back down and demand an exchange, went back up again and the moment I opened the door, omg, was welcome by a big cockroach at the door.3. Went back down again, but this time, check out immediately and check in to nearby hotel.4. Please lah, do us a favor, don’t do your listing on the mainstream hotel platform anymore. Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the HypeStayed at the Luxury Suites at Berjaya Times Square expecting a premium experience, but it turned out to be anything but. The room was outdated and not well-maintained — stained sheets, dirty carpets, popped up tiles, stained bathtub and a musty smell that lingered throughout our stay. Cleanliness was below par.Despite advertising as "luxy" the unit felt more like a poorly managed budget rental. The photos online were clearly misleading. It is the same tower as berjaya times square hotel but it's under different management. There isn't any proper check in area. Have to call the management and they will come down to to lobby to give you access card. Was being told to give a deposit of RM 100 when checking in which was not stated in any of the terms and condition. During check out, was told that RM 10 was being deducted from my deposit for tourist tax. According to Malaysian law, tax was included when booked through online platform.
