Not suitable family dine in, service not friendly and attentive. Just imagine table for 6 adult and 2 kids, order for sharing food 2 pizza, 1 portion of Caesar salad and fish & chips. The server only provide us 2 plate, 2 set of fork & spoon also 2 tissue paper. We need to ask many times, music too loud make us feel uncomfortable. No greetings, no farewell, even no one's from the server asking for satisfaction. Will be first and last to be dine in at restaurant, I'm very shame with the family was invited them long way from kota Kinabalu. If you providing as a cafe concept and the price of food middle of pricy, please provide good service or maybe friendly service. I'm having my dinner in Vivo Times Square on 6 July 2019 at 8 p.m. with friend. I placed my orders on 8.13 p.m. ,which are Breaded Scallop, Tropicana BBQ Chicken Chop , Spicy Seafood Pizza 8' and 2 ice water I received all the food except the pizza. I wait around 1 hour for the pizza but it does not appear. As i informed the waitress in the restaurant and they was neglecting me and my friend... ONLY one Chinese Waiter who name DANNY replied to me and the pizza came within 10 mins with 2 mushroom soups for free after he went to the kitchen to inform the chef. Poor services ! Especially those Malay waitress and waiters ! It's not about diacrimination but it's truth. Hope you can make it as a lesson and train your workers...
