As one of their regular customers, Im disappointed with one of the servers of this restaurant. My family and I always enjoyed their food, whether it’s for tapau or dining in. Today, I wanted to tapau, and made my order to their server (bald guy)

in less than a minute after they key-ed in our orders, I changed my mind. Instead of ordering 1 kebab khashkhash + riceand 2 extra rice, I wanted to change to 1 kebab khashkhash + rice, 1 kebab hamadi + rice, 1 extra rice.

The bald guy said we cannot change our order. This is weird to me, because the rice is already pre-made. It’s not like they need to cook new rice. But I requested if they can add kebab hamadi without rice (as we already have enough). They said they can make it.

The bald guy still charges us the kebab hamadi in full (price with rice). I asked if you’re still going to charge us in full, why can’t you cancel my earlier order for rice. I dont understand why does he have to be so rigid, because the rice is already pre-made. The price for extra rice is RM19 btw. Kebab hamadi with or without rice is RM34. Manager who also recognizes me as one of their loyal customer, did nothing to sort the issue.

Honestly the dishes I can’t remember the names cuz I’m not used to coming here but my friend (Mr J) recommended it ^^

The food was either a kebab or it looks like chicken on a stick but without the stick? Hahah sorry I really forgot the names but honesy, I’ll try my best to rate each food I ate;

1- the kebab tasted the best honestly! It’s crispy, juicy and really satisfactory. They come together with their own version of Sauerkraut which tasted pretty good. 5/5 for me

2- the chicken on an invisible stick 😂 was nice and yummy… I’m not a big fan of gamey meat so I steered clear from the beef but according to Mr J, it tasted really juicy and good. 4/5

3- atmosphere wise, not exactly the nicest looking place but it’s comfortable enough and clean enough. 3/5 for this.

Overall, not a bad experience. Maybe a bit of a makeover in the future and...

There is a huge board with lunch specials. I asked for one of them to be my lunch and was told these specials are only for staff of the shopping mall, which is nonsense of course. Then I was told it was ok if I pick out of two options, but they were not my preference. Finally my choice was accepted, but then when brought to me, it had two pieces of meat, while the picture showed four pieces. This restaurant shows a lack of integrity dealing with customers and integrity is of vital importance if you want to run a business. Also service charge and tax were added to the bill, while these should be included in a mall restaurant of this type. I was told by the manager this was all to blame on the owner.
