Read more” The room is HORRIBLE+TERRIBLE!! All the furniture are like falling apart! The room smells! Broken ceiling! Broken Tv with tape! Toilet bowl choke twice!! Toilet bowl leaking and that bathroom is always flooded with water!! EEEEeek... Traffic condition is always congested and calling for grab is difficult. I had a superior room with one king size bed and a single bed. Upon booking I requested for an additional bed as we have 2 adults + 2 children. I understand any special request is 'SUBJECTED' to availability. Before I made payment to comfirm my booking I called and I email to make sure they are able to meet my requirement before I proceed as I am very concern we have not enough of bed. The staff replied via email that ' We WILL provide an extra bed for you' with no clause and did not mentioned anything about the additional cost which I presume it will add on when I check in. Upon checked in. There is no additonal bed and when i clarify with the staff and the manager they simply replied 'we do not have any additonal bed, even after i compromise to stay for a night without it and asked if they could arrange one for us the next day. They simply replied saying there is NO other room with additonal bed. So they expect one of our guest to sleep on the floor or the sofa for the next 3 nights???!!! I tried to contact agoda and the property management team started to twist the whole story around saying that they informed me that my special request is subject to availability. And they promise to add an additonal bed is complimentary. They did not do anything about it and we just gotto stay at this run down horrible room for our next 3days with the smell, flooded bathroom, run down furniture and no bed for one of the guest.Ohhh and forgot to mentioned the staff said that the toilet bowl need a few minutes to clear before you can flush the second time. It is not choke in that case. Prepare to find out where is the toilet at the mall before check in. Just in case your guest need to do big business and you need to wait for a few minutes for the big business to slowly flow away before the next guest uses it!! If you would like a 'kampong' experience then here it...

Read moreThis is the WORST STAY EVER in the heart of KL! NOT RECOMMENDED! 😡🤬🤬 This is because the Berjaya Times Square management giving all the authority to Bangladesh people as agent to manage all the tenants. No receptionist from Berjaya Times Square management to handle the tenants & all Bangladesh agent are such poor in giving service. For my case, I was staying for 5 nights, after 2 nights stayed in a good view room and I was really enjoying it, the I was forced to change room with the excuse of maintenance issues with no compensation whatsoever because it wasn't my fault. When I call & asked the management which is Bangladesh people (not even Malaysian), he cannot give me the concrete answer & still forcing me to change room, then when I insisted, he put the phone down as he was speechless to give me excuses. Housekeeping was also too bad. No housekeeping even I have been out from the room the whole day, when asked they just simply tell me that I didn't want to makeup the room which is a lie. I urge Berjaya Time Square management, please stop giving authority to Bangladesh people to manage your room hotel & tenants, please don't just think about money but the wellfare of your tenants you put in the garbage! For incoming tenants, think twice before you choose to stay under Bangladesh people as...
