We are writing to complain about your staff at 'Ninja Jungle Gym' at Times Square, KL. When we visited the play area on 4th Aug 2025, the reception staff first told us our son cannot go inside unless he is wearing long pants. Then we had to buy long pants from nearby shop and we entered the play area. To our dismay, we saw that staff had just now allowed two other children in although they were clearly wearing shorts. We immediately told the staff why they were discriminating and why the rules are not followed if this was the rule. They were not able to give a straight answer nor even show us the rules. They became very rude and angry towards us when we called them out for being rascist and discriminating. On same day, the male staff member on the platforms (See picture) was very rude towards me because we complained about the discriminating behaviour.
And today when we visited on 13 Aug 2025, the staff said my son cant play because his weight is 20.9 kg. They said should be more than 20 kg. We told her, we have come and played here now on two different occassions without any issue. There is no rules no consistency and staff just blatantly doing anything they like here depending on their mood. During play, while my son's helmet was removed by staff member ahmed hadi, he was deliberately careless and my son had a cut on his cheek. He did this on purpose since we returned to play. When we complained today again regarding this incident, the supervisor Sabrina told us accidents can happen, why we are coming back to the place to play. This is not how the response should be. This is not an accident. We are bringing children here and we are paying for it. Its a duty for staff to be courteous and careful.
Parents, I urge you not take your...
Read moreUpon arrival, I was informed by your cashier that the entry fee for children under 2 years old is RM35. However, after reviewing my receipt, I noticed that I was charged RM66, the rate applicable for children above 2 years old.
Then what’s the point fill up the details form including my son's name and date of birth? And still the cashier mistakenly categorized him as being over 2 years old. This resulted in an overcharge, which I believe was an honest mistake.
While my son thoroughly enjoyed the playground, this billing error was disappointing. I request that you rectify this situation. Perhaps, as compensation or any.
Appreciate for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a...
Read moreA mixed of led lights and neon colours, this jungle gym stands out compared to the rest. Located smack in the middle of level 3, it's strategically located with ample of restaurants nearby and entrance to the cinema, excellent place to drop off children for a few hours. The only disadvantage compared to larger jungle gym (atria mall) is that the toilet is outside the gym, hence accompanying adults will have to be present. Another lacking is the hot food selection as compared to jungle gym atria. This might be a blessing in disguise as there's a variety of restaurants around the gym. The play facility is in good condition and the ball pit is adequate filled. I noticed that they used better quality balls as it's not...
