I ordered nasi lemak and toast set. The cashier forgot to key in my toast set, not the 1st time this happen, they never like to repeat the order. I paid with credit card, after my transaction, staff claimed that credit card terminal broke down and ask all customers to withdraw cash from the atm nearby. The cashier is so playful and the supervisor is occupying one of the 2 tables available in the seating area to send text on her phone. Until customer had to get the supervisor to give up the table for the customer to sit down and eat. The cashier pulled down his mask all the way to his chin throughout the time we were there. I went back to the counter to ask the cashier if can help to add some hot water to my coffee as it's too sweet. , he was holding my coffee with 1 hand, put it near to his mouth and joke with his colleague. He was laughing and talking loudly without any concern that his sliver was splashing into my drink. This happen for more than 20 seconds. I just walked off without saying anything. Leaving my food and coffee behind. I'll not step foot into this...
Read moreUse to be a regular. But now, I will only frequent for my tea fix unless I have no other options.
Nasi lemak is usually not properly cook. There was an instance where I found pieces of butter wrapping paper in my toast bread. Sweetness of drinks are not consistent. I usually request 25% sugar level. Most of the time, my drinks were too sweet. Some staff are quite rude and unfriendly. Size of tables are too small and uncomfortable. And tables are not cleaned after customers left. Biz hour start at 8am but they are usually not ready. Some items in the menu like mee siam, eggs are not available at the start of biz hour.
Update: I just ordered a takeaway drink from a male staff. He served me a dine-in. When I politely told him that I ordered a takeaway, the biadap staff argued and threw a tantrum. Kudos to some of the staff for telling off the male staff. This shop will no longer get any...
Read moreDecided to jump on the bandwagon for this hyped up nasi lemak. I had the prawn nasi lemak. I earlier saw someone who ordered the sotong one and honestly the portion looks pathetic. Verdict:The taste is so so and not so appetising. Rice could be more fragrant. In the bungkus, half an egg, some ikan bills and prawn sambal. The chili however was nice. For the price of RM 8.90, they could do better. I was kept waiting a good 15 minutes because I had ordered half boiled eggs too. When I went to ask what happened to my order, they said ran out of serving plate for the eggs?! Then please serve me my nasi lemak and tea first as I was really famished and noticed orders after me being served up. Seems to be a popular breakfast spot for it's coffee in a plastic bag in a cup.. Will I try it again? Not really, I'd rather pay for a better...
