Do not book, if your considering booking the suit, go with the hotel as its under different management and hopefully better. Here is my experience with bukit bintang suite.
Dirty room, the sheets smell funny, and now I know why, because they're not changed. The furniture is old and needs to be replaced, the lamps wire are damaged but are still in use, and are of course faulty. The toilet is odd and does not flush properly. The bed has an odd length, lying down on it my feet easily reach the edge, and I'm not all that tall, just average height. There is also no remote for the TV.
You have to pay for your whole stay upfront upon check in. Check in is not in the hotel lobby, no it's in the adjacent tower, where you need to call the property which is the agent's cell number. Check in takes quite a while as there is no reception and you need to call the agent.
Twice I've been in the suit with housekeeping and watched them "clean'" the room. Housekeeping forgot to clean my room, and had to call the agent to make sure it was cleaned. Apparenty what the housekeeping staff consideres cleaning is pickeing up trash, scrubbing the toilet so that it's not visibly dirty on the inside and making the bed. The linens were not changed, and the floor was not vacuumed, instead it was swept briefly in one small area.
The housekeeping staff noticed that I had some dirty laundry laying out and pestered me about letting me let them wash my laundry, at an outlandishly high price of 20 rm per kilo, or 10 rm per piece of clothing.
I decided to pay for the convenience of having my clothes washed, and the staff instead of using a laundry bag or basket to collect my clothes, decided it was be better to use my shirts instead to collect the rest of the laundry. They came back the text day folded, not fully dried still kind of moist, and smelling odd. To top things off they stained clothes somehow.
The wifi went out while staying there, and it multiple calls the agent to get him to do something about it, all together in the end wifi was restored after about an hour.
If it had one good quality its the location and nothing else, do not stay at this suit, hopefully as the suits and the hotels are under different management, the hotel side is better for anyone consider considering a hotel...
Read moreBooked via Agoda. Reached East Gate Time Squares KL. The operator gave me an old contact number, which someone cancelled the calls every time I called. One guy came to us and offered 200Rm with a similar room at Tower B. With all our luggages, we have no choice but to accept. Have to pay cash and no receipt issued. Registered on 17Apr25 at Tower A-30-* around 4pm, but then they sent a Bangladesh (shabby guy) who led us to Tower B and checked in floor 28-*. It's a setup by someone I strongly believe. Cos later I found out that the door keys card holder is operated by SA Classic Property which runs KL Bintang Suite, Queen Suite and KL Service Apartment (all at) Time Squares KL. I have reported this to Agoda and will launch a complaint to the rental company. Hope that this will be able to help others travellers and not happen again. Sad that such things...
Read moreI stayed for 2 nights in a room that was "dirty, old furniture, aircond not even cold and no hot shower". I was also only given 2 bottles of 250ml drinking water (for 2 nights) and dirty and torn towels. I have tried to ask the host to change to a more comfortable room but he said there is no room. (I forget this Bangladeshi name but the number ends with 3284). I stay at west tower B-27-09. I checked in late because it was almost midnight. This is the 2nd time I got this room and I will not stay here again. This is not a good way to take care of your guests. I will do the same review on another hotel booking platform to spread awareness to other guests. It's not worth it to spend a lot of money to inconvenience guests. AGAIN. DONT WASTE YALL MONEY. ITS NOT...
