Magnum Hometel — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

I booked my room on booking.com. Everything was confirmed as usual. ||I arrived at 9pm after a long day with all my bags in front and no reception, nothing. Door close.||I called them and they said « sorry the room is no longer available. I send you an email »... (email sent at 8pm without any empathy « room not available,sorry » ). I had to find another hostel a 9:30pm, and paid another taxi.||Very NOT professional at all !!! Definitely not...

It is just nice to make parties with friends. It is not in downtown and when we went there it was not clean. In addition when we arrived the room was not even ready, the other guests were still there and we arrived later than what they told us. It is not really cheap either, you can find better things with similar price. The air conditioning was not working good so it...

I don't understand why got ppl give them 5 stars, maybe spam reviews. The air cond is not working, everywhere full of dust, couch got cockroach leg some more. The most important! Beware!! They never change the bedsheets!!! You can see previous guests' hairs were all over the bed!!...
