I’ve always loved this place and have been here many times before, but tonight was a complete mess. The server assisting me struggled with English and couldn’t clearly explain the drinks on the menu. They also have a promotion—“Buy 2, Get 3”—which is highly confusing, as it could mean either getting one extra drink for free or three additional drinks for free.

At the start of the evening, I requested a seat change, and the server told me I could only stay there for five hours. Later, she changed her statement, saying I had to spend a minimum of 500. The inconsistency was frustrating, and it would be helpful if employees could communicate at least basic English to avoid misunderstandings.

To make matters worse, after initially telling me that certain drinks were free, she later tried to charge me for them. Naturally, I refused them. On top of all this, the place was nearly empty, yet the police were there, checking everything for some reason, which only added to the strange and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Overall, the experience was confusing and disappointing. The only saving graces were the view and the shisha, but beyond that, I left feeling...

My friend initially ordered the dark leaf shisha, but the flavor disappeared after just an hour and a half. The staff blamed it on my friend being a heavy smoker, which seemed like an excuse.

I then ordered the same dark leaf shisha, despite being a light smoker—my disposable vape lasts me months. Yet, their shisha, which cost over 100 ringgit, lost its flavor in just half an hour.

I also tried their promotion of 4 highballs for over 100 ringgit. They were the weakest highballs I've ever had, with even Mixue's lemon water having more flavor. Despite only four tables of customers, the staff forgot our order, and no one checked on us for half an hour, even though we had no drinks in front of us.

Checked out this place after reading good things about their shisha on Instagram and google reviews. The location felt a bit deserted, but the vibe and aesthetics were on point. The staff was super friendly and engaging, which was a nice touch.

Tried their CNY offer for Approx 437 RM, which included a Soju tower, two dark leaf shishas, and a mix platter. Gotta say, the shisha was top-notch! The shisha master was really helpful and gave great recommendations. The music was also pretty good, so overall, the atmosphere was solid. The view from the corner is also pretty exquisite.
